We had roots through a gap in our sewer line that needed to be fixed and Ralph and his crew came out on time and got right to work. I was very nervous about the whole thing but he made sure to be upfront about everything as they went along, taking pictures and showing me as we went. They fixed it, cleaned up and we were only without water for maybe a couple hours. I'd definitely recommend them!

Having taken over management of a few buildings in East Los Angeles recently, I found myself in a difficult situation when a main sewer line was backed up and running into the street . Roto Rooter sent out two different technicians who were ultimately incompetent and overpriced. Anthony from Sewer Spy was one of the few people willing to drive out to East LA on a Saturday evening, for which I will forever be grateful. He did such a thorough job with hydro jetting the main line, unclogging YEARS', possibly decades, worth of grime and grease, as well as cleaning the mess up after.
Anthony had to put up with nosy neighbors, crowded streets, and general chaos, but he did it with professionalism and efficiency. The price was a fraction of what I was quoted from other companies, and I felt and feel that I can trust him and be assured that I will get quality service at reasonable
prices.

Our main sewer line broke and we had no working toilets, showers or sinks! Anthony and his team showed up in masks and saved the day! They did a 100 foot Trenchless Pull from our house to the street for an amazing price! . We have a pavered driveway and artificial grass in front and all was replaced like nothing happened. They were fast and efficient with at least 3 big trucks and professional machinery. We now have working toilets and showers and my kids were happy to flush the water down! I highly and without a doubt recommend Anthony and his entire team in any plumbing issue and repairs you may have. Without a doubt the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. I had a very bad clog that kept backing into a shower with sewage and snakes weren't doing diddly - and come to find out the house I bought didn't have direct access to the sewer. They came out and created one. I was so nervous. I thought they were going to start demanding all kinds of payments and finding all kinds of problems. The guys he has working for him are so professional and friendly and approachable and so trustworthy. I didn't feel for one second they were scamming me. They did the job well, showed me live footage of the main line - gave the recommendations with zero pressure. Since I did a hydro jet cleaning I have a couple of years to decide what I wanna do. But I definitely will come back to them once I want to redo my main line. I referred my real estate agent to them so they can get more business - that is how impressed I was.

Anthony is the man!! Very knowledgeable about sewer lines, pumps, septic, etc.. I had a horrible issue with the sum pump in my basement and he was able to diagnose and repair it super fast! He saved me a lot of mess and cleanup .
