Jesse helped us in converting the septic tank and connecting to the city sewer line at our new house. This was a huge project and there were some additional unexpected costs but I was overall satisfied with the project.

They were very professional and made sure that all permits are acquired and all steps were according to code. The septic tank was filled to make sure that it doesn't collapse and they were great in dealing with unexpected changes in the schedule (there was a street closure and we also had other people working on the house). Jesse was always quick to respond to my voicemails or text messages.

I had a sewer line blockage that needed to get addressed ASAP. My brother recommended I use Sewer Spy. I never heard of these guys before, but I'm sure glad I gave them call. Craig the plumber showed up and went right to work. He put an inspection camera down the clean-out and found the blockage... a toy football and some rocks! My two year old son must've dropped these things down the pipe. Craig could've upsold me additional services but he used his inspection camera to push the ball all the way down to the main city pipe. It took him a while but he was relentless and kept at it until the job was done. He definitely went above and beyond, Thank you Sewer Spy! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
