Ralph to the rescue! He and his team dug out my 100+ year old broken sewer line that runs under the solid concrete sidewalk. They patched it, connected the pipes and poured new concrete on top. Fast, quality work. I highly recommend for big plumbing/sewer needs.

First my sewer line now my main water line broke. Ralph and his guys came out an repaired my broken water nail and replaced the line with copper all the way to the house. They didn't even break the sidewalk. Excellent! I'll use them whenever I have plumbing troubles. Highly recommend!

Don't use anyone else! Highly recommend! We had so many estimates to replace our main sewer line, (trenchless) our stress level was high and we felt very leery about who yo trust! Anthony (company owner) was very professional and did not pressure us one bit! His estimate was THOUSANDS of dollars less than ALL the others and that was even prior to assessing our situation! He knew exactly what the cost should be and assured us that there's absolutely no reason to pay those outrageous prices the larger companies charge! He even came over in the late evening to talk about the cost, contract etc... didn't have to pay anything until the job was done AND his guys were in and out 8am-2:30! Holy SH*T!!! Yes, literally! The Poop Gods were angry and these men (and women) came to the rescue!!! Anthony and the other hard-working members of his crew saved our business and employees from wading in our own waste! (Please excuse the graphic visuals.) Hallelujah!

As a business that's open 7 days a week for almost 12 hours a day, it's EXTREMELY important that we have clean and properly functioning facilities. Of course, due to life just being life, our toilets randomly decided to regurgitate years of stored waste back to us! (Yum...) Anthony came out all the way from Simi Valley to the West LA in an extremely timely manner and he helped us discover that our building had been solely running on a SEPTIC TANK that was never cleared out since probably the 1960's!!! It was evident that this was going to be BIG and EXPENSIVE JOB since we'd have to drill through the concrete, lay our sewage piping, get permits from the city, and patch the sucker back up... Whew!

Thanks again to the Poop Gods, Anthony gave us an EXTREMELY reasonable quote and we were able to get the job done $10,000 less than what other businesses had quoted us!!

Not only were they FAST and EFFICIENT, but now we can also tend to our business in PEACE and not worry that our digested ghosts will come back to haunt us. (seriously helped me realize all the modern miracles we take for granted - like flushing toilets!)

These guys are amazing. My house is over 100+ years old and we never knew we had pluming problems until a huge sinkhole appeared on our front lawn out of nowhere. We called around and got a few quotes, but Sewer Spy gave us the best price and there were the only ones that felt honest. Everything was black and white - they gave us a written quote and stuck to it; even though there were additional complications during the repair. The job was crazy large, we had over 80' of piping, we had to pull permits, dig up city street, find the gas line, find the fiber optic line. We had to do everything but they were able to complete the job in 5 days!! The best part of it was that they did something so we were able to use the plumbing while they were fixing everything. We didn't have to live in the stone age. I was amazed. I highly recommend them.

Anthony and Sewer Spy are licensed to do work that touches the city of Santa Monica's main sewer line. This means that they can replace your sewer piping from end-to-end. After being ripped off by plumbers who charged us top dollar and only replaced parts of our sewer line, we finally found Anthony and Sewer Spy. They were a dream to work with, were on time, finished the work on schedule, and Anthony himself spent a long time with us, explaining every aspect of the work.
