They did a good job. The original project was to clean out the roof gutter drain. However, it was found that the gutter drain was plugged for many feet because of palm tree roots. A new drain was going to be installed going to the street. Then, it was discovered that the sewer line, which was under where the gutter drain was going, had a leak. The project became much more expensive and time-consuming. The sewer was repaired and lined. The gutter drain was connected to the sewer with a check valve. The project started on Monday and was finished by noon on Friday.

I requested help on the Yelp requesting system. Tony was the first to respond and I can't believe I got so lucky! My business had a water heater bust which turned into a clogged gas line. I cannot say enough good things about Tony! He helped us out in a pinch. I was in tears over it and he was able to calm me down and fix our issues. If you need a plumber please call this company! Tony and his team get it done. I'm very impressed with the customer service, execution and attention to detail. I had an issue with a sewage ejector pump that was not working with my prior vendor - I was pulling my hair out with frustration. I finally decided I needed to get someone else to take care of it and Tony and team saved the day. He and Carlos came out assessed the issue and gave me a straight recommendation and time for service. We ended up landing on a 1HP pump, with warranty and they installed the gas valve release and it's working!! I'd go as far as to say that these are the best ejector pump repair/installation people in Los Angeles.

Met Tony and his crew through Yelp due to a slab leak at my father in laws house. Tony came and gave me an honest assessment of the situation. We decided to repipe the whole house instead of the reroute way and we couldn't be more happy. Tony and his crew are very meticulous of the work. He will also go out of his way to make the work look nice. His pricing is also top notch. I honestly believe you can get a better deal and work from anybody else. Our toilet and shower got flooded and we had another company come and try to fix it by snaking the drain. They told me that their snake got stuck in the drain with the roots. Told me that they need to hydrojet for $$$. Remember this is by another company(all city plumbing)

I then called tony to come and inspect the hydrojet work. They gave me a quote of almost half of what they are asking. Manny who comes with Tony pulled the snake about 4-5 times and it came loose. So all city did me dirty by upcharging me an arm and a leg. Tony on the other hand gave me a very professiona and pleasant experience throughout. He showed me where the block is happening and ran the hydrojet. He then showed me again that it is now clear.

Unfortunately, my drain is cracked in a few places and had some roots penetrating the seams. He gave me a quote to reline the pipe and install a two way cleanout(i think thats the term). We got that project underway and completed within 1 day. On the morning he digs to measure the length of the drain we found out that he under estimate the length by 5 ft. It was 65ft total instead of the 60 he quoted. He did no charge me extra for his mistake in measurement.

Another unfortunate event is that my drain is collapsing going in when he removed the hub as well as puddling in the middle. Then he quoted me for the relining going in. Everything bundled together and finished on the same day. He then checked if the water is flushed properly and i saw it running out, which means we are in good shape.

After all that work he repatched my lawn as best he could and make sure to give him a call if something happened.

With my luck running low, now my upstairs toilet is clogged. I send him a message about it and he told me that he will come and fix it for free as well.

He just finished fixing my toilet today and he will come again sometime next week to replace my toilet pump and investigate why my intake water valve is not closing at all.

Hopefully you can see how much i value the business i had with Tony, Manny and the rest of the crew. I believe there's george in there too. Without him, i will have lost maybe twice the amount of money. Not to mention everything else he is doing for me for free.

I used Tony and his team at Sewer Specialist & Hydro Jetting to clear my sewer drains via hydro jetting and to replace about 30 ft of drainage pipe in my back yard due to root infestation.

Tony was fast to reply to my estimate request on Yelp. Once contacted, he provided answers to my questions and offered a very fair price to initially hydro jet the lines.

Upon camera inspection it was determined that roots were infiltrating a portion of the line, so I decided to go ahead with replacing a portion of the line as the price to do this was reasonable.

The work was completed the following day according to plan. Three workers completed the work in 1/2 a day. Tony's crew as efficient and clean. I was very pleased overall.

If you want good customer service and quality work at a good price, look no further, Jose and his team are your guys! From the very first conversation with Jose, he blew me away with his honesty and genuineness. He really cares about his customers and doing a good job and that quality comes thru when you speak to him. When he got to my house, he correctly diagnosed the real problem, which was completely different than what I believed it to be. He fairly only charged for the work that he actually did and was super honest by not trying to upsale me on anything or going along with the original gameplan just to make more money. The original plan would have been more expensive. I really appreciate honest people who aren't out here just to make money. It's nice when you can tell when people aren't trying to rip you off. I would recommend this guy to anyone that needs a plumber!
