The folks at Sewer Solutions are GREAT! It's a family run business that understands what customer service and follow up is all about! We have rentals and have used them before! At this point they have serviced three properties for us and we are so pleased with their service. We had an emergency and they were able to help us out immediately and point out issues that we were not aware of! The ability to anticipate future problems and advise a client is worth its weight in gold! They are VERY PROFESSIONAL, Ethical, honest, do what they say they're going to do, hard-working and very reasonable! Will I use them again absolutely! You will not be sorry these folks are GREAT!

We had a huge septic system job here to be replacing the old cesspool. Sean Barrios and his crew did a fantastic job of getting our 2 houses cesspool replaced with a septic system for each house. Fantastic service. All three bathrooms toilets and tubs started overflowin. I was in the mainland at the time and they were able to get there an hour after I called on a SATURDAY and figured out quickly that there were tree roots growing in a portion of the sewer line that was connected with plastic piping (Not my doing btw). Shawn kept me in the loop by texting me updates with pics! everything was done in about an hour and a half. Great job!

Sewer Solutions saved my property and sanity! I had multiple issues with flooding and the previous management company kept using another plumber who I found out later had no current license. When I returned to my property back in July I experienced another flood. I decided to go with Sewer Solutions and it was the best decision I made. Sean actually came out within an hour even though he had a packed schedule. He was thorough and so helpful I was so impressed with his kindness. Since then I had a new septic tank put in with ease and swiftness. All the workers are polite and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. The most important thing is that it cost me much less than what I had paid the old management company to have a non license plumber destroy my land with the senseless digging up my land

This is a WAY overdue review. These guys are AWESOME. I had a sewer pump station die after 20 years. This was a few days before I had a whole house full of guests. I call Daryl and Sean. They came immediately and realized that both the pump and the backup pump had failed due to a rope degrading and getting caught in the pump motor. When they built the house, they didn't install grinder pumps. The most heavy duty grinder pumps are Liberty Pumps. I was going to have them sent in by FedEx overnight, but Sewer Solutions had them brand new from another job that were provided to them for a large commercial job that really needed even bigger grinder pumps. They sold me two, 1-hp Liberty Grinder Pumps at their cost plus shipping. Instead of waiting even 2 days to bring them in by FedEx (these are about 40 lbs each), they brought them over the next day with a standby electrician to wire everything to code. If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. Fast, honest, hard-working and fair. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A REPAIR OF THIS MAGNITUDE -- HANDS DOWN!

Following up on a job done by braddah Sean and Company about a month ago. Our septic line been problematic and called Sean he told us roots unfortunately growing in line. Recommended they dig and reroute line. It had to be done and gave a good price sent his worker with machine and was impressed at the job. We no longer have the issue. Sean always comes through!
