Can't say much about their service, but one of their drivers for the Coral Springs location will definitely try to run you off the road with some serious road rage, all because mu husband was driving a few miles under the speed limit. And when he called the company to make a complaint, Jessica (the so called manager) was extremely rude and called him an asshole. He wasn't asking for who it was, he didn't care, he just wanted them to be aware of one of their drivers being reckless on the road with their vehicle. So, so much for customer service on the phone, when you have someone that's running a company like that, calling people names. It kind of gives you an idea of how they handle problems if one arises with the service of you sewer issues.

I initially called sewer savers on my 1st night in my new house. We had water coming up from under the toilet and into the shower at 1am on a Saturday. Sewer Savers was the first to respond and had Dan out by 2am! He had to snake the line all the way from the roof to the front yard but was not able to find the root cause. After digging for the buried sewage line at 3 am, Dan was able to relieve the pressure by drilling the pipe but had to come back out the next day to finish the job. After returning he was able to snake a bunch roots out and install a clean out connection, but said that we most likely have a broken or separated pipe towards the front lawn. About a week later we ran into the same back up issue...Dan was right. (the quote to replace the pipe was $1500) I called Sewer Savers on Monday evening and they came out the very next morning at 8:30 to begin the massive job of excavating the front lawn and replacing a 4 inch pipe 3 feet underground. After discovering EXACTLY what and where Dan said they would find the issue (cracked pipe) they went above and beyond by not only replacing the pipe, but also snaking the remaining line down to (but not in) the City sewer connection. I also want to give a HUGE thanks to Rachel in the office for convincing the owner Steve to help us out with a discount off the quoted price. (Thanks to Steve too!) I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs good work done fast at a great price.

Fast call back after searching home advisor. Great quote and fast response. Cleared the line from the house to the street and located city tie-in. Advised problem was a city issue when other companies may have tried to take advantage. The owner even responded to assist the technician (late on a rainy Saturday afternoon!!) Top notch service will definitely call again and recommend highly to others.

Called and schedule an appointment for a quote, got out of work earlier to be home waiting, didn't showed up nor answer the phone, i don't think is a good business practice. Won't recommend and won't call them again.
