Reading reviews was very helpful in pointing me towards this company to begin with so I hope others can read about my experience and give them a chance to get your business too. The front office got us set up very quickly with a site visit and the initial inspection/bid process was quick and professional. We were looking for a few services: excavation at the join between our newer house line and an aging concrete line that connected to the main, hydrojetting, CIPP, then repair/backfill and installation of a new outdoor cleanout. Once we accepted the bid and the crew showed up (right on time at the start of their estimate window!), Dylan, Taylor, and Jose were responsive, professional, and thorough. I expressed some lingering uncertainty over where exactly our sewer line ran to the street given that we had received information from another bid that put the planned excavation site into question, and it had never been clear from the time of our home inspection where exactly our sewer line was. The guys immediately put the excavation on pause until they could re-do the locate, making an unplanned trip to our crawl space along the way. I want to emphasize that this really speaks to the excellent culture at this company. No ""well our information says to dig here,"" just ""yep, we need to get this figured out before we dig."" Once the excavation site was 100% certain, the crew managed to thread a tracked excavator through a narrow gate in our fence and between a row of tomatoes and a row of lilacs to get where it needed to be without breaking a branch! From there the job went according to plan and all details of the work were accurately reflected in the information accompanying the bid. The guys dug a truly massive trench (from my perspective) in a tight area in our back yard, did what they needed to do, and somehow put it all back together looking clean and tidy. All that to say this was a 100% 5-star service experience and I highly recommend this company for your proactive sewer service or any other work they may be able to bid for.

During a winter freeze, I had a leak with my main water line outside. Not only was there water leaking, but it was pooling and freezing on the sidewalk. SRS fit me in the same day for an estimate and had it fixed the next day. They were very quick and professional and their pricing was very reasonable. Excellent communication, excellent price.
Most of the vendors I contacted want $100-$250 to unclog a drain. That's way out of my price range.
Sewer Renewal only charged $53.
The technician, Tony, was extremely polite and efficient.
He also scoped the sewer line (or whatever it's called).
Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with this company to replace a septic system pump. I made the appointment on Monday and they said that they could not come out until Friday. On Friday morning I received a call from them letting me know that they don't do this kind of work and that they had a really good referral for me to another company. when I ask the receptionist why they didn't figure this out until the morning of the appointment she had no clue, but she was sorry

Had a slow sewage leak in our crawlspace. David arrived per our appointment and had the problem diagnosed in about two minutes. Took video to show me live action when toilet was flushed. Turned out the toilet's wax seal had shrunk and was no longer sealing anything in or out. David replaced the wax seal and then went down to confirm that the leak was fixed.

I'm so impressed and thankful that David and his company, Sewer Renewal Specialists, accepted my request for service. He was both very nice and a true professional, and I won't hesitate to contact him the next time we're in need.
