Sadly I have been stood up a second time by The Sewer Rat. Mike has agreed to two appointments to investigate our clogged plumbing but both times he has failed to show up and no phone call. Very disappointing and a waste of time away from my own job. I do not recommend.

It was a friday afternoon and everyone else was too busy to even come out. one company said just to look down the drain would be 700 dollars up front. Th Sewer Rat not only came out promptly but agreed to do the job that weekend for a very reasonable price. Their customer service was great.

We had a clog in the bathtub that didn't clear with Draino, a Zip it, or a snake. We called the Sewer Rat to help us because we heard their service was great and affordable. Boy, was this true! They arrived promptly and were awesome. They were personable. They did the job and didn't try to up sell us into buying things we don't need, like some local companies do. I was so pleased that my bath tub drains, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
