I had a blocked kitchen drain which I unsuccessfully tried clearing with my 25' snake. No luck so I called several local plumbers. Ninja wanted $90 to clear the line compared to another company that wanted $130. So, after doing the math I made an appointment with Ninja. They came within the appointed time and cleared it out...no fuss, no muss for the agreed amount.

The necessitates were done but after 2 weeks the details (stucco) weren't completed. Crystal, the office, continuing that I am sexually assaulted the crew and that's the reason that they did not come to my home, to complete repairs. As I am a celibate Christian, I knew that this was a co-owner brother who did not have his way with me, and certainly should not have dated during the contract, to say the least. But the and judgemental isn't I endured by ""Crystal"" we're so offensive that other veterans were sorely conflicted, including my own brother. What they have accused is disgusting. If somebody doesn't enforce this blasphemy, who wil... I think we know the losers..... by death or reputation????

It's probably why they have only (1) review now (2) family owned business in a small community. The ladies in the office are unprofessional. Monday Nov 24th, Schedule an appointment with the owner (David) to remove some pipes David told me to remove the drywall and we reschedule for friday 27th between 9am-9:30am (David) no call no show. The office ladies decided to wait until 10:35am to let me know we had to reschedule, then she hung up on me. Once I decided to call back and schedule a appointment the lady decided to play clueless, instead of asking the owner ( David) how many hours the job will take! she asked me like I'm a plumber. so I asked her to call (David) and she (NO) and decided to call the office manager, which I told her to call (David) since (David) did come out and seen the work that needed to be done. I figured at this point this how they treat paying customers. Thanks (David) but save you're money and go with (cardinal plumbing )

Polite, professional, and hard working. Had an urgent water line repair and the Ninjas came out right away. Before you could say Ginsu they had the problem diagnosed and repaired. Cost was very reasonable given the quick response and hard work.

I have needed to use the sewer ninja service 4 times in the last 16 months(at multiple addresses)...each time they have been quick to respond,very courteous,tidy and efficient! I appreciate the level of professionalism and I feel their prices are very reasonable. $75 for a service call is amazing! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
