I cannot say enough about how great Eric was to work with! Our toilet, sinks and showers were completely backed up on a Sunday evening. He came out at 7pm the same night and got the job done! He was upfront and honest with his estimate, taking the time to explain our options and details about the job thoroughly. He went above and beyond just the unclogging job and ran his camera throughout our mainline to check for any root intrusions, which he did for us without extra charge, amazing. He was so patient with all of our questions and with the whole family watching him run the camera through our pipes and look at the huge buildup! Eric helped with tree root that came into my drainage few months back and did a great job. Recently the toilet was backed up again and I thought it was the same tree root problem. I have great things to say about Sewer Nation! Eric responded directly and provided a quote after contact. Most other places required an inspection first before providing a quote. He was professional and quick to respond.

He resolved our clogged sink in the same visit that night. It was backing up even running the garbage disposal. After he tried snaking it a couple times and it still backed up, we decided to do the hydro jet service to flush out the drainage pipes. That worked!

I wasn't aware we should service our drainage pipes every 3 years. This was good to know and thankful he shared the info.

I sincerely appreciate getting a person to communicate with directly and getting quote upfront rather than having to answer surveys and go through inspection visit to determine how much I will be charged and having to then get multiple quotes for comparison. I want the issue resolved quickly and Eric saves you time and conveniently is available 24/7!

Eric used hydro jetting washed out a huge amount of hardened grease from our pipe. We are very happy with his way of fixing the clogging problem.
