I messaged Sewer Nation Rooter and Plumbing the Friday after thanksgiving about a backed up shower drain. Eric responded and quickly gave me an initial estimate and date/time that he could see me the very next day (Saturday night). He was very polite and respected our household as he put on shoe booties and also made sure to lay down tarp before placing his equipment. Since the quote was to snake through what we thought was an easy blocked up drain, he offered and thought about a quote for an additional hydrojet service to flush out the debris to the main sewer line. He was done in a bout an hour and cleaned up the work area. Our home was a newer Irvine Company build house in a master planned community so I was shocked to learn that unfortunately 6-7 years, these pipes are just backed up with soap/shampoo/debris/hair, even with a strainer or cover to prevent hair particles from getting into the drain. Highly recommend Eric and Sewer Nation Rooter and Plumbing!

We had a toilet that has had problems flushing for years until finally it clogged altogether. Eric responded right away to my request for quotes and was the only one to actually provide an estimated amount. He came over the next morning and fixed the problem for us, which was great, but the nice thing was how he explained his process and showed us what he was finding along the way. After the work was complete and payment provided, he still stayed a few minutes longer to make sure there were no leaks or other issues. Very professional, friendly, and efficient service. We'll be calling him again the next time we need help!

Erik of Sewer Nation was fantastic! Spent a few hours assure our drain problem wouldn't occur again anytime soon... and it was pretty nasty! In fact he includes a year warranty on his service... never heard of that long a warranty to come back for free and fix the same issues if it occurs from any other plumber we've had... while I can't say it was cheap, I can say he was fair with pricing and explained all he would be doing. I would recommend Eric to my best of friends, family and neighbors!
