We found a new plumber! Eric got out here early and was very courteous, clean and patient. He got our deep clog out and waited patiently for the laundry wash cycle to run till it was rinse time, to double check that the grease clog was out, since it was the washer load that backed up the kitchen sink. We had a kitchen clog and I immediately jumped on to yelp to get plumbing support. Withing minutes Eric got back to me with a potential estimate and was able to swing by my house under 2 hours. Once he took a look at our pipe and noticed it was due to a buildup of grease he explained how snaking the pipe would not fix the problem (just save us time until we call and get it done again) and suggested hydro jetting instead so it was a lasting solution.
