Eric is such a great plumbing technician I can rely on and with an absolutely great service from a standpoint of helping us rather than maximizing fees. We had a kitchen sink backups caused by all the recent rains. He has made himself available for an emergency visit request and took an extra step to inform neighbors up two floors not to use water to prevent a flood, getting their contacts for us to follow up, and scooped out water from the sync to prevent the water backup increasing when we had to leave the apartment unattended for overnight. Eric was great. Our Main Line backed up and he was one of the first to get back to me. He answered my estimate questions as some other companies will not discuss. The roots in the line were worse than I realized and when another plumbing company couldn't take care of it, he came out quickly and showed me the problem.
