We had an emergency situation with our BRAND NEW house with backup from toilet and shower. Eric was great; he answered promptly at 10pm at night and was able to come out on time at 8am the next morning. His prices were fair, and his service was really great. We are so glad he did due diligence in looking at our pipes first before snaking because we discovered our pipes were lined. Since he had the equipment out he offered to help us check the rest of the drains in the house. We love that his hydro-jet services are under warranty so if we need to call him out again for the same issue he'll be back for free. Glad we found our new plumber!

We had a problem in our master bathroom where we could smell sewer through our shower drain. We knew something was wrong. We bought the house in 2014 and they Renovated the bathrooms in 2012. I suspected there was no trap in the shower room.

Eric came out looked everything over and explained we were going to have to cut the drywall defined the problem. He came back a week later and got down to business. Sure enough the sewer vent that goes to the roof was not installed properly during the renovation. Eric got the problem repaired same day. Since then the smell has gone away and it's all good. I really appreciate Eric's knowledge and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him and use his service in the future.

We had the unfortunate luck of experiencing a main line backup around 10pm. We reached out to Sewer Nation. Eric answered and was willing to come that night to help us out. After some thought we decided on having him come first thing in the morning and he was at our house promptly at 7 am as promised. Our house was building the 50s and there's a big tree by our sidewalk and near our mainline, so this wasn't our first rodeo with a mainline block. Eric was the most thorough of all the pros we have used in the past and explained everything going on (as well as the inevitable need for the big fix relatively soon) and cleared the line as best he could to buy us some time. Eric was very professional and we will use their services soon for the ""big fix"" and I'm sure we will be satisfied with their work then too.
