I see all the positive reviews.. but read between the lines.. I'm sure they are trading discounts for a positive reviews or something like that.. this company is horrible.. My property had a water heater problem and a blockage so sewer medic was called in by American Home Shield insurance - not my first choice but i should have seen the red flags.
They quote me $500 to rent a camera to check on the blockage - followed by a quote of $9900 to get the work done as they said the whole Sewer system had collapsed and the work would involve getting permits, digging up and laying new drainage.
My property manager send a handy man who snaked the blockage out and got everything up and running. Stay away.. zero stars (or negative) if google lets me. But they are wolf in sheeps clothing for sure.

This company rips people off. Instead of checking the seals on my toilet, they immediately charged me $699 for a smoke test. They ended up fixing the seals on my toilet anyway which is what they should have done to begin with.
I would NOT recommend this company.

My tech, Zach, was prompt, worked diligently and was very courteous. He explained everything clearly, showed me areas of concern, and cleaned up the work area nicely. He also answered questions I had about some other renovations. In addition, everyone I spoke to at Sewer Medic was very pleasant and followed through on everything they said they would. Sandy even called me after hours to offer me an alternative that might save me a few bucks, and allowed me to further pick her brain (and her husband's) about my upcoming renovations. I highly recommend them!
