Twelve Minutes Flat !!!

Started the dishwasher this afternoon, sink backed up, laundry room floor flooded....crap!

Called Home Warranty company and Sewer Master's was assigned, said they would call within 2 business days, really? Nope! They called within 20 minutes saying they could have a team at my place 1-3 hours from then...was that OK?

Yes Ma'am!

David and George arrived on the early side of 1-3 hours, listened to my story, checked out the location of the clean-out and retrieved the magic machine out of their truck.

Once the switch was flipped, it took all of 12 minutes to clear the build-up and start the clean-up. Their entire visit took 45 minutes!

Highest marks for a service company that provides top-notch service...period! Now to get back to my dishes and laundry...

Was dispatched by my warranty company, so I was expecting them to be slow, have bad service and do an ok job. They actually responded quickly, got a call back within an hour on Saturday afternoon, got an appointment for Monday. They communicated well, showed up on time, and got my toilet fixed right away.

Today two plumbers came to my home to fix a drainage problem. Cesar and Oscar couldn't have been nicer. They were polite, professional, and listened intently to my comments and questions. All along the process, I was kept informed. Such nice gentlemen!

The extra was how they treated me with respect. They gave no hint of treating me (as a woman) that I could not understand. That was huge for me. Often this is not the case when providers come to service something.

Sewer Master's finest arrived early today (called them yesterday), quickly assessed the problem (plumbing blockage), fixed it and were on their merry way!
