Harry responded quickly to a request for service, showed up right on time and did a great job with a leaky toilet--diagnosing the problem, demonstrating it, then replacing the necessary parts. He left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he came in, and was so professional and friendly that I called him back in a few weeks later for an unrelated problem.

Harry of SewerMan is practically a super hero!! He has helped us out in plumbing emergencies and non emergencies. He's calm cool and collected, knows what he's doing and tries his hardest to accommodate you any time day or night. He communicates pretty good too if he's gonna be late and/or answers his texts regarding appointments. I highly recommend Harry for all of your plumbing needs!

I am glad that Harry replied to me on Yelp. I initially requested a quote through another company and I guess it went out to other companies also. He was the most reasonably priced plumber that I was able to get on short noticed. He was able to come out the next because it was 4th of July and we were not going to be home. I met him around 12pm and he was patient enough to wait for me. It only took him about 30 minutes to fix the kitchen sink. He was not able to clear the clog from the top, so he had to remove the P Trap in order to clean it out. He didn't leave a mess and cleaned up after himself. Other quotes that I received wanted to charge me $95 just to clean from the top. It would have been an additional $20-$30 to have them remove the P Trap. I will definitely add him to my favorites if I need to contact him next time.

Yesterday we had a pilot light go out in our water heater which was only installed a few months ago. While I am well capable of doing myself, I was too busy with my work to deal with it. So send a message to several local plumbing companies.

Out of all of them, Harry stood out right away. While the other companies sounded as though ""they hoped"" upsell me on other services to make this job worth the time, Harry just named his price. After some discussion via text, we both agreed on the terms.

A few hours later, Harry showed up at our front door. He took care of our water heater and I paid him.

This was a small job. But by being straightforward, fair and understanding and not trying to upsell us like the others, Harry now has our business whenever we have something major happening.

I am so happy I found Sewer man. Harry is professional, honest and very dependable. He responded to my initial call within minutes. I described the issues I was having. He gave me a quote and charged exactly what he quoted. He explained what he was doing and made sure I was satisfied with the work before he left. He is very friendly and didn't try to do more work than was necessary. Also, I like that he texted me when he was on his way and showed up on time.

I was pleased that we hired Harry for our recent plumbing issue. I found him to be competent at what he does and he is friendly as well. He was quick to respond over text and yelp. I sent him pics of the issue over yelp and he was able to give an initial estimate with that. Then it was easy to schedule a time for the actual estimate and also schedule the repair with him over text. He did not deviate from his initial estimate.
Few days after he completed the work we found that the issue had not completely gone, so I texted him and he replied right away and promptly scheduled a time to come back to take care of it. Initially another plumber quoted me a lot more and wanted to do more work than necessary for the job. Harry did not try to make the job bigger than it was and only replaced whats absolutely necessary - for that I think he is an honest person and trustworthy.
