Called the day before and was easily able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time the next day. Kyle showed up on time and was friendly. He was forthcoming and happy to answer any questions. He went through the sewer inspection with me watching on the screen. He explained each section and what he found. He was able to push the scope through the entire drain line to the city main line. I am in the inspection period for a home I'm hoping to buy and having the sewer inspection done will help me determine whether to buy. I'm glad I got it done. No one wants a horrible, unexpected, and costly surprise after they buy a new home. The nice thing about Sewer Inspector is that it is their only book of business so there is no conflict of interest. They give you the sewer inspection results honestly because they are not hoping to use it later to get plumbing work. They also are specialists in this particular inspection and the equipment standards. I would recommend.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Sewer Inspector accomplished a tricky job that others couldn't (when a previous inspector from another company had been unable to get the scope past a turn only four feet into our side sewer line, we had Sewer Inspector come out to attempt to scope the entire 70 foot length if possible... and they did!) Kyle arrived early, was friendly, courteous, professional, and great about answering our questions and explaining the process to us as he went. This was not an easy job, and presented challenges at every step -  but Kyle was resourceful, hard working and did not give up. He really put a ton of extra effort in, and he remained cheerful throughout the job. In the end, he succeeded where another company had given up. We have also used Sewer Inspector recently at another home in Tacoma, and we have been highly satisfied with our experience at both properties. Call these guys first!

CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!!! They are the most honest company out there!! I was scammed by 2 different companies when I purchased a 100 year old home in Tacoma. The offer was contingent on a good sewer scope that was never shown to me, only my agent. Then after the offer was done I was told the bill couldn't be itemized to show what was done, it was miscellaneous $525. I contacted another company and was told I needed $50K worth of repairs. Now I need a second opinion.

I contacted Sewer Inspector, I spoke with the owner Mike and he told me a lot of times when they look at the lines they look fine. They are in the business of scoping the lines, not fixing the lines, so they are not biased. They have the best equipment, easy to see the images, as well as technicians who explain what you are looking at. I had Kyle, he was great. He came out on a Saturday, no extra charge. Talked the whole thing through, walked me down the street, showed me where my sewer line ran. I paid them $200!!! Not $525, or $50K!!!

Nice honest company. Do what they say they are going to do, fairly and respectfully. Now I can rest assured knowing I don't have anything lurking in my sewer!
