It isn't everyday that you need a sewer inspection, so I have a bias opinion, since this is my first one.

But Mike was amazing. He explained how the plumbing led to the sewers, what the components were made of (cement, plastic, metal, etc.), how to keep the sewage lines maintained and possibly prolong the life, how often I should get expectations (sewage lines are over 100 years old in this house), and answered any other questions.

He was patient, kind, and friendly. This may all be ""normal,"" but having a history in customer service myself, I know it is hard to find, kind, friendly people, even at work.

I have had both Mike and Kyle inspect multiple properties for myself and clients. They are on time, knowledgeable and honest. Unlike many other companies, they do NOT conduct repair work. You get an honest assessment of what is going on, video, photos and a report. You can then take those items and find a contractor to do any necessary work. I have used another company to do sewer scope work in the past and they would upsell expensive repairs or replacements as add ons. What you get here is a honest assessment of what's going on!

Totally worth the money to have Mike do a sewer scope. We even had one already from a plumber, but kept getting conflicting advise and bids. This sewer report actually got to the root of our problem and had plenty of detail for our contractor.
