I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Advanced Trenchless Inc. I called to make an appointment and was informed I would have to wait three days but if I could not wait, two referrals to other companies were offered. I chose to wait as this company did some work for me six months ago and I was very happy with the work completed. BTW, this current problem was not related to the other.
Gene arrived on time and the company messaged me to let me know he was on his way. He ""rootered"" the main line and took care of the large tree root with had infiltrated the pipe on my front lawn. Then he put the camera down the line to be sure he accomplished the job.
Gene then cleared the internal drain between my wash room and my guest bathroom. He had to take the drain apart under the kitchen sink to get the snake in to clear the line. Totally professional!
Now all drains are running and we are happy campers.
I recommend this company without hesitation.

Knowledgeable, diligent, clean, informative and cost conscious. On-site, the tecnition provided a clear description of what would be done and the associated costs. This facility has a kitchen and four (4) toilet rooms tied to a 4"" main through three (3) laterals. The price breakdown was easy to follow. The pictures and talent to clear sludge to maintain quality pics was superb.

I had my sewer inspection for my new home with Advanced Trenchless. Cameron came out to do the inspection and I really lucked out! Being a first time home buyer, he was very informative and upfront about the condition and future care of the sewer line. I can't say enough good things about this group!

HONEST and trustworthy! I had another sewer inspection, prior to calling Advanced Trenchless, and they had told me I could not snake my sewer line for the tree root problem because it would shatter my pipes and I would have to replace the whole line. When Scott came to my house he did the same type of inspection, with a camera down the sewer line, and told me I COULD do the snake. I got a quote for both snaking the line and a total sewer line replacement, decided to get the line snaked and it removed about 95% of the roots and did not shatter the pipes. It will buy me plenty of time to save for the larger job next year. Definitely give these guys a call!

A great home repair experience is a very rare experience. We have had some sewer issues for the past couple of years and have had other sewer companies out to clear the lines which always seem to block up again in a few months. Cameron arrived at the exact scheduled time was very professional and clean. He went to work clearing the sewer line, he snaked/rotor about 75', he then put a camera down the drain as I had requested but could not get it down as far as needed (we have a tri-level house and the plumbing meets somewhere under the driveway) He then proceeded to snake it again then tried the camera again, no luck. He proceeded to snake/rotor until he was sure the drain was cleared (110' this time).

When I scheduled the appointment they quoted me a price of $220 for the clean out but after being here four hours I was sure I was looking at $500+. When Cameron had finished he said it was $220 I was very pleased to say the least. I will use them again for any and all plumbing issues I encounter. Cameron thank you for your hard work and help getting rid of my sewer problem.
