Sewer Heroes will definitely be our go-to plumber in the future. We had a clog in our main drain to the sewer line, which was causing our basement bathroom to overflow and spit out sewage. We received excellent customer services from Sewer Heroes from the moment we gave them a call. Very prompt response time, and Branden was extremely helpful and walked us through the whole issue. When he first arrived to our house, we actually had trouble finding the sewer trap. He explained there are some cases where it might be covered up by flooring due to poor design. We purchased the property last year, and obviously the plumbing was not something we looked into enough. Anyway, Branden was persistent in finding the trap rather than moving on to alternative, more expensive measures and finally discovered it hidden in a movable floor within a closet!

After clearing the drain up with the snake and jet (it was pretty bad due to some ""flushable"" TP we bought online), he showed us via camera the terrible state our pipes were in leading to the sewers. Most likely they would break at some point in the near future, whether that be months or a couple years. It was highly recommended to reinforce the pipes which would essentially guarantee them to last another 50 years at least. There was no pressure at all, but replacing broken pipes would not only be inconvenient but cost more than double the reinforcement estimate. We decided to adhere to the recommendation, and he came by with a crew the very next morning. After about a half-day of working on the pipes (our property has a long stretch of pipes leading to the city sewers), they were done and showed us via camera the state of the new pipes.

My wife and I felt very assured throughout the entire process and are very happy to know that we will not be having an issue of a burst sewer line anytime soon. They were also nice enough to clean up part of the sewage mess during the fixing, and the snake/jet initial cleaning ended up being waived/absorbed into the pipe reinforcement cost.

I would highly recommend this company for plumbing issues to anyone in the vicinity.

From the time they came over to give an estimate up to the successful completion of lining our problematic main sewer line, Sewer Heroes has handled our major project with utmost professionalism, care, and outstanding quality. Mike and his team did an excellent job. After a prior video inspection, we found out that our main sewer line had a few segments where it was sagging (aka bellies). These areas became a nidus for standing water and slow drainage. One of their technicians, Doug, did a thorough evaluation during the initial visit, and went as far as doing his own video inspection. He took the time to explain the problem and discuss the possible solutions. They offered to do the job at a reasonable price. There would be no disruption to the landscape and lengthy excavations, which other contractors could not avoid. CIPP is the new trend to rehabilitating old pipes like ours and Sewer Heroes definitely have the expertise in this field. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. They were very respectful and treated our space as if it was their own. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience hiring these guys. I highly recommend them and would definitely go to them for future projects.

Badly backed up shower drain & my snake didn't work. Got same day service from sewer heroes & Christopher was great! He took care to place tarps and was efficient and diligent - went back to truck to get smaller snake just to make sure drain was running clean. Highly recommend!

Chris showed up to my front at a little before the 9 am appointment time. He then proceeded to snake my backed up sewer line. It turned out the problem was more extensive than I thought. He then showed me the condition of my sewer line through a camera. The job was more expensive than I thought at first, but well worth the price for the damage done by tree roots which had infiltrated and dislodged the clay pipes. The job was finished in 3 and one half hours. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Chris and Luis were amazing. We had a back up in our shower drain in our apartment that took hours to unclog. They didn't leave until the problem was fully resolved and even cleaned the tub when they were done! Great service- prompt and efficient!

Had a sewer line backup to the street. The line was clogged by lots of roots.
It had been cleared with intense water pressure 6 weeks before but backed up again.
Line needed to be bored out and relined. Sewer heroes sent Chris Rodriguez. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made a recommendation that we elected to follow. The next day they relined the sewer pipe.. While the procedure is really pricey, it is an old house and was unavoidable.I would say that Sewer Heroes was very responsive and upfront about the procedures and the costs. Chris was very personable and professional, explaining everything along the way. Cleanup was very good. I would recommend this firm to others.

Words cannot describe what Mike and his team did. I called Sewer Heroes Friday afternoon. Mike came by 6:15 Friday night to discuss the issue and procedure. By 8:30am Saturday, Mike and his team arrived to insert the sewer pipe replacement liner. Finally, by 5:30pm the job was done. They took a major problem (a crack in the waste line) and solved it in less than 24 hours. And it cost significantly less than what an excavation would have cost. The team was professional; extremely knowledgeable; maintained a clean workplace; and was a pleasure to work with. The time they saved alone was worth it. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a piping issue - without any reservations.

These guys are great and everything you want in a plumbing firm. They were able to get the job done in one day and were straightforward about the cost...no surprises. I called them yesterday, they gave an estimate later in the day and completed the job today. Would recommend them to anyone.
