I had been noticing a sewer like smell every time I would enter and leave my house and it was noticeable getting worse by the day. My front yard had a soft wet spot on the grass and I was worried it might be a broken pipe or so I called Sewer Heroes. Eric came out, did a full inspection with a camera and a locator, and found a small section of the pipe that had separated. Eric showed me everything on the screen, walked me through the options, and didn't try to scare me or upsell anything. We ended up doing a trenchless repair and it was all done way faster than I expected. No digging up the yard, no mess.

Used sewer heroes once before on a property we were fixing up to sell. The drains were acting weird, toilets bubbling, water backing up randomly, classic old house stuff. The home was basically unuseable. Had a couple plumbers come through before but they basically shrugged and guessed. Aren from Sewer Heroes was amazing! My shower floors were constantly flooding and not draining which then moved to my kitchen sink as well. I then found out that it was a backup or clog in my main sewer line that kept coming back no matter how many times I had it snaked by other companies. So I called Sewer Heroes and they found the real problem which was an insane amount of tree roots growing inside the pipe. They used a hydro jet to clear it out completely and the difference was night and day. What I really liked was how they showed me everything on the camera inspection before and after so I knew the job was done right. We're also discussing with them about having a trench less sewer liner installed as a preventative measure and permanent solution. Very happy to have met and worked with this company, they'll be a saved contact on my phone for life.

I reached out to Sewer Heroes since they showed to be really close by and open. My drains backed up right before my guests came over so in a panic I had to call. Erik came by and was able to open up the drain and get things running again. Given the late night he offered to come by again in the morning to see what caused the issue. He showed me all the tree root built up. We scheduled to have them come back and clear that up next week. I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and help. Also their pricing was really fair considering the last minute appointment! Would definitely hire them again if I need work In the future.

Sewer Hero's Saved the Day!

I can't thank Sewer Hero's enough. If you're dealing with a plumbing emergency, these are the people you want on your side.

It was 11 PM on a Saturday. My wife was in the shower, and out of nowhere, I noticed water coming up from every drain in the house. Total chaos. Toilet paper on the floor, water pooling everywhere--I was freaking out. As a first-time homeowner (who made the bold choice of buying a 1950s house), I knew plumbing issues were bound to happen, but I wasn't prepared for this.

I called four different companies that were listed as ""open,"" but none of them were any help. Either no one answered, or they gave me the runaround. Then I found Sewer Hero's, and it was like a breath of fresh air. The person on the phone was calm, helpful, and actually walked me through some steps to try and fix it myself before sending someone out. They even advised me to shut off my main water line to prevent things from getting worse.

After trying a few things, it was clear this was a bigger job. Their schedule was packed for Monday, but they promised to get to me first thing. They even followed up the next morning at 9 AM, but I had an appointment I couldn't miss. No problem--they worked around my schedule and came out after my workday.

By 6 PM, they pulled up in a sleek, professional van, and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. They got right to work diagnosing the issue--turns out my drain to the main line was clogged. The tricky part? I didn't have a cleanout for that drain. But these guys know their stuff. They found a way through a random air pipe on the side of my house, got their equipment in there, and within an hour, everything was back to normal.

Then, to top it all off, they ran a camera through the pipe to make sure nothing was left behind. That kind of attention to detail is rare.
