SF amended my cracked cement sewer with a 50ft Bluelight liner cured by UV light heating at good deal with 5 year warranty for a good price.

Amazing company who really cares about the inconvenience , impact and urgency that a clogged sewer line brings. They came out to use all their equipment and knowledge to fix the problem within one hour and were true to their best guess estimate. They also created an opening in their already booked schedule to come out the same morning. Their rates are great also. I highly recommend this caring and knowledgeable company !

My wife and I have a sewage ejection pump located in our house's crawl space. Back in May, it failed for the third time in just four years and we had to get it replaced. We subsequently got a sewer scope performed from another plumbing company, and were told we needed to upgrade to an expensive, high end pump (called an E-1). We were under the impression that the E-1 was the only pump powerful enough for our sewer line which the city of Shoreline would permit.
We subsequently contacted Sewer Friendly for an additional opinion. They came out in a timely fashion, assessed our situation, did their own scope, and contacted the city of Shoreline on our behalf. They advised us that the city would permit a much lower cost pump which would still be sufficient to meet the demands of our system. Sewer Friendly only does sewage ejection pumps on the outside of homes; if our pump wasn't in our crawl space we would have had them do the work.
While Sewer Friendly did not perform the work in the end (our plumber who did the initial scope installed the new pump), the work done by Sewer Friendly saved us about $20,000 to $30,000 on our project. The folks at Sewer Friendly were professional, courteous, listened to our needs and concerns. Would highly recommend!!

I've been struggling with roots in my, main sewer line for a few years now. I've had dozens of plumbers over here and drain cleaners (who are actually two separate businesses believe it or not). this industry, unfortunately is filled with a lot of deception and malicious business practices: very predatory people. Nobody wants to deal with sewage and they prey on that. $1,800/hr is a pretty common bid.
This company, refreshingly does not fit that mold whatsoever. upfront straightforward pricing. Extremely professional, no hard upsell and best price for hydrojetting in town at $600.
Absolute pro: my line was fully backed up all the way to the back, clean out. It was a real danger of hydro blasting water back up through my plumbing and into my house with their crazy 4500 psi jetter. He Freaked it. Then he went back, got all the rest of the roots and went as far as the city sewer line and even cleaned out some of the roots there for me.
Marked all the breaks in the line for me, gave detailed estimate with multiple options from affordable to pricey. Provided a copy of the video even. I passed on the repairs this time, but next time the roots grow back I'm definitely just getting the work done with these guys. They've earned my business.
These guys hook it up on the small stuff knowing that you're gonna come back to them for the big jobs .Smart business good company highly recommend. My guy went above and beyond the call of duty. He was still there cleaning when I left. Extremely thorough. Make sure you ask for the Costa Rican guy.
Good work guys I can't remember the last time I had such a good experience with a plumber. Was gonna rent the stuff and do it myself for 375. I mean, I basically only paid him 225 for an insane job. To be honest, I think I could've done it myself just as well, but it was worth it for me to stay clean.

These folks came out in a timely fashion as my alarm was going off. They fixed the problem, installed a new UV light and I was back with everything working correctly. The service people were polite and friendly and the price was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Sewer Friendly fixed a sewer line backup on our property. They were great to work with. Professional, courteous, careful, explained everything every step of the way, and consulted and troubleshot every aspect of the project with me. Nina in the office was extremely helpful, as well as Shane and Chris, who were the first ones out to diagnose the problem. They came back to flush out the blockage after Kenneth and Marcos dug up the sewer. Can't say enough good things about Kenneth (and Marcos) who did the yeoman's work of hand digging and replacing a long section of old, damaged line. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the three day job. I highly recommend Sewer Friendly.

These are the top notch professionals in the area - with affordable prices and timely scheduling as well. I especially appreciated Nina's helpful support with my questions after the job. I highly recommend these professionals for all of your side sewer and plumbing needs!

Thanks to a neighbor I contacted Sewer Friendly. My laundry line had to be replaced.
Nina in the office professional and very helpful.
Elias,John was working so hard during 7 days and Alexander the last few days under difficult circumstances. They did a great job and had a great attitude.
Very impressed about the cleanup after the work was done.Highly recommended!
Last but not least price was right .

We had a shared sewer line with a neighbor that ran from the back of our house, along the property line, to the street.
Cracked and always full of roots. We decided to bypass the problem/neighbor by installing a new line on our property
and running 70 feet to re-connect at the curb.
I have some experience with sewer, so I knew what I wanted done and the materials for installation.
We obtained 6 bids. A couple were too high, others pushed for doing a liner, another was unfriendly calling me too bossy,
another was good price and considered. Sewer Friendly sent their estimators Joseth and Elias. They listened to me and fully
investigated the issue with their scope. A pleasant team and they promised an email bid later that day.
We went with Sewer Friendly. Work commenced two weeks later. Excavator, lots of digging, installation of schedule 40 PVC pipe-glued in 10' sections, then reconnected at the curb.
One day the rain was miserable, but the crew were crankin', friendly and unfazed. Respect.
All work was done perfectly according to contract.
Sidewalk section replaced, trench filled back in, top soil with grasseed added. Very nice. We are pleased with the results and our new sewer line. Sewer problems can be stressful indeed, but there's no worries here.
I want to thank Sewer Friendly and all the crew for coming down to West Seattle and helping us out.
Their service is much appreciated and I highly recommended them, an A+ company! Happy holidays to all at Sewer Friendly!
P.S. Their T-shirts are cool design, get one if you can.

We had a fantastic experience with Sewer Friendly!
After getting 5 separate quotes, we hired Sewer Friendly to initially fix a couple feet of shallow broken cement pipe and install a two way clean-out, but it quickly became a much larger project that required digging up the whole sewer line outside the house.
They were timely in getting a quote for the updated project at a very reasonable price.
Josseth and Marcos did a great job keeping me updated while digging the trench, replacing the whole sewer line, getting the necessary inspections, and backfilling everything.
After the main project, they've sent people out twice (at my request) to handle soil compaction/settlement problems above the 6-8 foot deep pipe as well as a second required city inspection.
Communication and scheduling with Nina has been easy, timely, and a total delight.
I wholeheartedly recommend Sewer Friendly if you have any sewer-related projects on your property!
