They were able to clear out a perimeter drain in my basement and it resolved some water intrusion issues I've been fighting for a year. I really wish I had called them first.

They are busy, so it took about three days for their schedule to clear up and come out to me. Not easy to reach, but once you do, they are great.

My friends called this business because they had seen their ad that read ""Drain won't flo-You don't owe"" Guaranteed. and it was $60. The guy came. Right after he left, they used the toilet and it backed up. They called him back thinking he would correct everything. He came back and said he fixed it and charged them $50 the second time. This is supposed to be free since he didn't get it to ""flo"" He left and it still doesn't flo. When my friend talked to him on the phone the 3rd time, he started blaming the toilets. Both of them. He says it's the 2 toilets fault that the drain won't flo. I guess they need to call a real drain cleaner. If he makes it right, I'll take this post down or edit it. I know $60 is cheap but don't put a claim on the ad that you don't back up. Plus an additional $50. That's charging twice for one job.....that still didn't get done. Be honest about it. That's all. If you can't do it, that's fine. But be honest. Bottom line is the drain is not flowing.
