I hired Lobo Lawn to replace a kitchen faucet(yes, plumbing is one of their ""specialties""). Rob was very prompt, but quality of service ended there. He moaned and complained the whole time about what a horrible job had been done by the original installer. He then proceeded to denegrate the new faucet I had purchased (very highly rated on Amazon) how poorly designed it was, and basically that I was a fool for having purchased it. Worst of all.......he had quoted me 150.00 to 200.00 over the phone and when he was done charged me 345.00 (before tax)!!! Total time spent was less than two hours. Never did he warn me it might be more than his original quote. He was right in thinking I was a fool.......for paying him and hiring him in the first place. If you're looking for an overpriced plumber who doesn't think twice about deceptive business practices, Lobo Lawn is for you.
