We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Sewer & Drain Champion. After our toilets, showers and sinks all backed up and started making gargling noises at 4am on a Sunday, Dillon with Sewer & Drain Champion came out within a few hours of my initial contact and was able to clear up my line, diagnose our bigger problems and provided us with several options to correct the two different issues we were having. Later that same day, I called around and got additional bids to see what other companies would charge to replace our 59 year old corroded cast iron pipes and our cracked sewer line. I wanted to see if other companies would give us the same diagnosis and what they would charge for the same work. At the end of the day, Sewer & Drain Champion bid came in around the same price but because we liked how knowledgeable Dillon was and his no pressure approach, we opted to go with them. When we told them that we got other bids, they offered to match our lowest bid. Work started immediately the next day and the assigned plumber, Kane, for our project was amazing. He communicated and explained everything to us throughout the entire project. Kane provided pictures and video of everything he did and replaced and kindly answered all of my questions. The job site was protected with thick paper and plastic every single day and the job site was just as clean as he found it when he left each night. I would definitely use Sewer & Drain Champion in the future for any and all of my plumbing needs.

Had a backup issue with our new construction home, but our warrant log company didn't have someone available on a Sunday. Sewer & Drain Champion was able to send Kane out within a few hours, and Kane had the clog identified and cleared within about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Made an appointment to fix a slow drain that occasionally backed up. Quote to snake was $70. Sounded like a great deal.

Service person arrives. We chat and then was told I'd be better off hydro jetting line. Quoted an unbelievably high price. The amount was actually insane for the proposed service. Red flag #1. Was shocked and said no thank you. Service person said, ""what if I can talk to my boss and knock a couple hundred off?"" Sorry. Red flag number two.

We will pay a fair price for services rendered. But, if a company comes in outrageously high and then says they can knock off hundreds of dollars for a small job. Huh? That's not a company I want to work with. Sorry.

Initially, I decided to leave out the estimated cost to hydro-jet - $987. That figure is not a ""fair"" price in my book. We did not consider paying it, even for a few hundred dollars less. Anyone else can make their own decision.

Yes. An estimate was provided. However, I was not given any information I did not already know. I described the issue in detail as it was a non-emergency problem that we had been dealing with. We installed new countertop and sink. In the process we were able to see that problem was just past the kitchen sink. We knew a lot about the problem already.

Had a blocked kitchen drain we couldn't unclog on a Friday night. Called and set up an appointment the next day. Dale came out, assessed the situation and had it fixed in no time. He answered all my concerns and questions without hesitation. Very good customer experience! Will call upon them again when needed!

Our rental property garbage disposal died at about 7pm on a Wednesday night. We quickly scan Yelp for a trustworthy and reliable service to help us install a new one. We submitted our request at approximately 730pm and in less than 10 minutes a nice lady called (Breanna?). She got our information and said Dana would be there the next day. Dana called 30 minutes prior to arrival like she said he would. He took great care when arriving as our tenants runs a business out of the home. He even had a GD with him in case we didn't. Our tenants had one ready. He was in and out in about an hour. You wouldn't even know he was there! We highly recommend Dana! And Sewer & Drain Champion!
