We had to have our sewer lateral replaced. The Sewer Connection was recommended by our home inspector and it was a great recommendation. I needed a new sewer lateral installed and shopped around until I found an affordable quote. I was pleasantly surprised when I received such professional and courteous service on top of it. They had to install 88 feet of new sewer and the sewer main was across a busy street so it wasn't an easy job. On top of that I was considering laying some concrete over a section of the pipe to protect it from occasional cars parking and Tracey came to my property to talk to me about it and explained that I didn't really need it because the pipe is guaranteed for 100 years and is super strong. That not only saved me dollars but she really gave me peace of mind too as she could have just as well made more profit by doing it. Can't recommend them enough!

We were very happy with the coordination and work that Sewer Connection did. We had Manny & Miguel Jr along with their crew replace our 140ft lateral sewer line. They completed the job in the estimated time while coordinating with both the county and sanitary district for all the inspections. When they left, we couldn't even tell they were here, except for our new clean out and secondary clean out. We got several estimates for our job and felt like we got a professional job for a good price. Sewer Connection was highly recommended by our neighbor and we are passing on that recommendation to our friends and neighbors.

Sewer Connection is outstanding.  They did a very large project for my neighbor and me in July (they replaced a 700 foot long sewer lateral that connected from the city main to two homes) and everyone that was involved in each step of the process was very professional, friendly, competent, responsive and communicative.  Tyler provided a very clear and detailed quote that was priced extremely competitively; Stacy and the admin team made all the planning and scheduling a breeze, plus they followed up on everything very quickly; the team who came out to mark the location of the sewer and measure its depth was awesome; Manny, the field supervisor, gave me a detailed rundown of the project before they started including what they were going to do and what to expect, then he was extremely communicative during the project and handled some unforeseen bumps so quickly and gracefully that I wouldn't have known about them except he communicated them with me, then he gave me a detailed rundown when the project was completed; and the work crews were fast, efficient and competent.  To top it off, they ended up going above and beyond the original project plan to ensure an even higher quality job.  My only wish is that Sewer Connection's services extended beyond sewer-related work, because I would hire them for every home project!

Our sewer lateral was clogged with roots, discovered during an inspection of all laterals while the main sewer line was being replaced, and the service district mandated the repair. We obtained 3 very different estimates from local companies - Sewer Connection was by far the least expensive. While scheduling had to be a bit flexible (which was not a problem at all as it was not an emergency), they were able to do it sooner than the other two contractors. Communication with the person doing the estimate was great, he was straight forward and experienced per our specific needs. Phone communication with the busy office worked best - they were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. They do require a deposit before scheduling, which makes sense, before they pull the permits and get utilities mapped. The work crew arrived on time, were careful of our crooked little driveway, and completed the repair in a day as promised. After inspection first thing next morning, they filled it in and replaced the excavated drive with a perfectly matched color and pebble texture concrete. They left the entire area cleaner than it was before they did the work. They were considerate of our needs to get in and out, friendly and seemed very experienced. I highly recommend considering them if you need a sewer line repaired!
