They answered all my questions as I was geeking out over the equipment and the cleaning process, and they walked me through the details of my sewage pipes. I learned a lot!
They also replaced my main sewer line a few months back, and they did a great job back then as well.

I am in awe of how well this operation worked, when I needed them! If your drains stop working, you might as well be camping. Now I have peace of mind and a great business to recommend.

We had a terrible time getting roots chopped out that had obstructed our sewer line, and the rooter service ran a camera and showed us that the (clay, no doubt original) line was not only broken in places, root-intruded in others, but a couple of the sections had separated and offset. They explained that if the offset got worse, it wouldn't be feasible to do trenchless replacement, which is less destructive and less expensive than an open trench.

We waited a few months to save up for the job, then called Sewer Connection. Jasmine arranged a new inspection to assess current state. A couple of days later, Tyler came, and I was interested enough to watch him work. We had no ground-level clean-out, so he had to work through a roof vent. I could tell pretty fast that he was great at his job: efficient, made a recording and was able to clearly describe everything along the way. I had the recording the same day.

The quote for the work came in under $7000, and we'd been expecting to pay between 8 and 12. Scheduled the work, and communication with Jasmine, and with Stacy, the other project coordinator, was clear, smooth, friendly. They took care of the permit. They let me know that they'd do the work over two days, with inspection on day 2.

When the crew showed up, right when expected, they got everything dug and ready, both house side and street side, in about 5 hours, *without* destroying the old line, so we had our old sewer in the afternoon and overnight. Everybody clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They had everything safe and covered up.

They were back promptly the next morning, and I watched in awe as they hooked up this length of sturdy new pipe (""rated for 100 years"" - so we all agreed we'd check on it again in 2124 :-) to the machine that burrows through, breaking up the old line and at the same time pulling the new one after it. Again, the whole thing was done by early afternoon. Their care with repairing the street was so good I can hardly notice there was a hole there, even when I'm looking right where the giant pit was. And their concrete work in front of my house is just beautiful. They added clean-outs that I've been wishing for, even though that had never been discussed.

The crew were friendly and worked well together.

The project coordinators made sure to also tell me about a wastewater district incentive fund I can apply for, and they're taking care of sending me the certificate, which will be good for many years in case we want to sell the house.

I just was completely impressed. If you are in their service area, you could not do better than Sewer Connection.

Manny and the Sewer Connection team are our heroes. We fought with them against West County Waste Water for a year to get our sewer replacement project through. Once done the whole system for our small street of 5 houses was completely replaced. Sewer Connection is honorable and does big jobs to small. Where to begin. When the pump for our small private street that serviced 5 houses went out, many companies refused to even consider taking the job or helping us. Sewer Connection came to the rescue, putting in hours finding the right solution, contacting the manufacturers, helping us patch together a solution until a permanent fix could happen, and going to bat for us with the county when they were stalling on the permit. The county required all of us to get new sewer lines, so they took on that job, doing everyone's line quickly and efficiently. And since the sewer lines were wrapped together in the job, the cost was reduced for the individual households. Manny and the staff at Sewer Connection were incredibly professional. Always able to answer questions, and quick to explain things so we could understand what was going on. I am forever grateful for the help they provided our whole street in our time of need.
