For all your plumbing needs you can't go wrong if you call Sewer Champ, I called on a Sunday to discuss what the problem was. They were here first thing Monday and they cleared it up within no time. Great and fast service couldn't ask for more.

I have a landlord who is a real AZHALL. All plumbing is the responsibility of the tenants... It's in the lease. That's not the way things should be- but it's real world. In Southern California, if you're a renter, you're screwed when it comes to getting the landlord pay for ANY maintenance.

My plumbing backed up, my landlord said he would come by and fix it, but after a week of unanswered phone calls, I had to find someone who could fix it (with limited funds available to me).

A friend of mine said his neighbor had a guy that he'd used several times, did great work, and who is not a rip-off.
That's how I found out about Sewer Champ.
They gave me a fair price and they were clean when they did the work, and it was quick.

Ethical and trustworthy. Jeremy is punctual, clean, honest and thorough. He doesn't just fix the symptom he looks for the source of the problem so it's truly repaired. My job took multiple days and I had no problem giving him a key to complete the job while I was at work. No one ever hopes to need a plumber but if I need one in the future he will be my first call.

If your looking for a plumber you can trust, Sewer Champ is the one you want to call. The plumber from my warranty company said they couldn't unclog the washer drain because they didn't have access. I asked why they didn't snake it through the drain in the bathroom drain that is connected to washer drain. They said that they couldn't do it. When Earl arrived he said they prefer snaking it through the drain in the bathroom and didn't have to access from behind the washer and dryer. He has the drain cleared in half an hour. Don't trust the Arsenal Plumbing, they will cost you more than hiring an honest company.

Our sinks were clogged, so I called my Mom for the number of the plumber we had used previously. She gave me the number, but said she found an even better plumber and I should call Jeremy. I called Jeremy that afternoon and he came that evening and unclogged our pipes. We need more work done on our old pipes, so we will definitely call Jeremy back for the job!

They came out to do what we thought was a simple de-clogging job, but it turned out that the original plumbing ca. 1990 in the townhouse was installed incorrectly, so after trying snaking a couple of times, Jeremy also took apart the under-kitchen sink pipes and cleaned them out manually, even tightened a garbage disposal which had never been installed right by the Home Warranty Co. (Fidelity's plumber).

This drain had been slow since buying the place over a year ago but Fidelity's coverage doesn't include slow pipes only totally clogged ones, and it eventually became totally clogged last week. (We're not the kind of folks to deliberately clog up a slow sink and they did unclog a couple of bathroom sinks the conventional way and we had other more critical issues then..)

Only when trying to clear it did Jeremy discover pipes were installed wrong, so couldn't snake or water jet it out but there was no doubt he had the heavy-duty appropriate equipment and know-how to determine what could and couldn't be done.

No telling how previous owners managed, since it was clogged already and they also left a broken disposal and other maintenance issues to the Warranty Co., probably happy to leave the problems behind.

Jeremy took the time and did whatever it took to get it cleared and functioning until the HOA's plumber gets the job fixed (assuming it's not a battle there, they're skeptical that if the problem is real, why was it just discovered, whereas the real issue is -- why wasn't it discovered and dealt with sooner).

And didn't jack up the prices to take advantage as another plumber might, especially if they're from a big company which keeps its plumbers on the clock.

Amazingly honest, efficient service from a real pro who's super-decent..

We have a very old, family constructed house that had pretty serious plumbing issues. We'd had multiple plumbers out multiple times a year to deal with backups, roots and other various issues, none of which seemed to stop.
When I met Jeremy, he offered to assess the issues free of charge and said he could eliminate my problems once and for all. I was provided clear written estimates of the problems, resolutions and price. The house was in way worse shape than initially thought and some items he deemed dangerous. He prioritized and beautifully resolved all issues and we haven't had one blockage since. Attentive, clean, reliable. Highly recommended.

I have used Jeremy many times and for many years now. I have been so pleased with his work that I have referred him to family members. So between my personal home, my office and my families homes, Jeremy has done quite a bit of work for us I feel that I can accurately review his work. The work he has successfully performed has included general snaking, using his camera to determine the status of the sewer pipes at my office, changing toilets, re-piping my sisters house during a remodel, replacing an entire sewer system using the trenchless method at my fathers house, and repairing my shower. It seems that no job is too big or too small for Jeremy and his crew. All of these jobs were performed within the time period quoted by Jeremy and for the price he quoted (no hidden fees or dreaded ""change orders""). Jeremy's prices are always fair and he performs quality work. He keeps the job site clean and most importantly his repairs/work have stood the test of time.
