It's been a few months since the initial work and we've found additional major issues. The gas line to our dryer leaks (We've had multiple people walk into our garage where the washer and dryer is and say instantly that it smells like gas), the exhaust from our dryer to the outside of the house constantly disconnects, the water line to our washer constantly disconnects and leaks. They left major plumbing under our house disconnected; for weeks (until we had another plumber come in), our guest bathroom sink drained onto the ground under our foundation... it literally didn't drain anywhere. They refused to accept responsibility, ruined our property, and we ended up having to pay another plumber thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes. Run don't walk away from this business.

I recently purchased an older home and during the inspections I learned I had a collapsed sewer pipe. A very unusual situation, cause by the dept of water and power laying a pipe through my pipe in the street just beyond the sidewalk. my inspector recommended Sewer and Pipeline and I am so grateful he did. I called several other plumbers and most are not licensed to work in the street and will subcontract the job, resulting in a much higher price. Sewer and Pipeline Inc got me the best rate and were able to fix my pipe within a few days. It was a huge job! I had no idea what we were getting into - digging into the yard, and 8 ft underground in the street in 2 different spots. The crew was on time, courteous and professional, and worked in extreme heat to repair my line. The office and crew communicated every step of the way, from start to final inspection. I had an unexpected sewer backup at my apartment building. Within 3 hours of a phone call, Oscar's crew was out with a camera. They discovered an extremely costly repair and offered a respectable price to correct the issue.

On my word, they started work before the contract was signed and deposit paid. Work went fast & smooth. Sewer issues resolved.

Two weeks later, a problem was discovered with the sprinkler line that was not properly repaired before they put concrete back on the driveway. Without hesitation, they broke out the saw, opened up the driveway, repaired the sprinkler line and poured fresh concrete.

I was having problems with my sewer line. My friend referred me to Sewer and Pipeline (SNP) and she told me that she and her sister had hired them to fix a sewer line problem. They were happy with SNP's work. Because of my friend's recommendation, I hired SNP to fix my sewer line problem. Like my friend, I also had s good experience with SNP. They completed the job to my satisfaction. A year later, I had a different problem that involved drainage pipes in my backyard and on the side of my house. Because of the terrific job SNP did in correcting my sewer line problem, I hired SNP to correct my drainage problem. Again, they did a terrific job in correcting the problem. I highly recommend SNP. Their price is reasonable and they do very good work. Manual, the owner, is a very respectable man and easy to work with. Oscar and the other workers in the company are very courteous. I rarely write a review but this company totally earns my respect.

VERY well organized, The team even worked into the evening to finish the job. They came back in the morning to clean everything up in perfect shape. Five stars!
