Talk about last minute emergency help! Ben to the rescue! My tenants had issues with the valve of their toilet (the toilet is more than 20 years old). My husband attempted to resolve the issue with a new toilet kit, but encountered issues which only a plumber could solve. We were forced to buy a new toilet, but the toilet flange needed to be replaced due to the old age of the toilet.

I reached out to multiple plumbers for an estimate. My first estimate was $1200 and my second was $1300 to replace my toilet flange. I was hesitant to hire either one since I did not believe the issue was that severe. Then came Ben, the plumber that saved the day!! Ben was so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He gave me two options to fix my toilet and said both would work (one was much less than the other). Needless to say the price was significantly less to fix my toilet and Ben did an AMAZING job. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all of my family!!
