John was amazing. He was prompt, efficient and fixed my valve leak in record time. I was nervous the valve leak located in the wall behind my refrigerator was going to be extensive but he was reassuring and was committed to diagnosing and fixing the problem! John was my hero! I am new to Bend and wasn't familiar with any plumbing companies in town but Severson is top notch an amazing plumbing company. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again John you are the best!

I looked for a small business thru the yelp plumbing guide. Four companies later, decided to call the ""BigOne"" SEVERSON Plumbing, I have seen their trucks everywhere. Being new to Bend, no connections, I was very leery of the big companies, always wanting the big jobs. The little guys wanted details, pics, more pics, emails...weeks out for appointments and then no call!! (I think they wanted the big jobs), I was in tears. Severson came thru immediately, with follow-up reminders. Cody was our tech. What a gem. He came in with a list of my problems from the call. Addressed all of them and more. He fixed everything. Very professional, knowledgeable and timely. No wonder they are so successful. The price was so much less than I expected also. They will be my plumbers from now on. My new house is old. We are building a new home during a really tough time... worker shortages, product delays, inflation. Severson Plumbing was hired to provide our plumbing needs. Nate and Cody have been completely transparent and attentive to detail, always checking in to be sure of the placement of our fixtures and explaining the benefits of the different choices. They have not fallen to the apathy that has laden the industry and the attitude that customer service no longer matters. Toilet wasn't flushing properly, we couldn't figure out what was wrong-no clog so they sent out their problem solver Troy and he didn't give up until he figured it out. He was professional and thorough and I couldn't recommend him or the company more. They are the best!!

Our small neighborhood private water system developed an underground leak in December in the main 4 inch supply line. Severson's team responded with an outstanding crew who spent many hours in 17 degree wet and snowy weather to manually dig 5 feet down into rocky soil, carefully avoiding a buried power line near the leak, and repaired the piping main. Throughout the job they remained cheerful, professional and dedicated to the work at hand despite the miserable working conditions. They got water restored to our neighborhood as soon as possible, for which we were all very grateful. These gentlemen were great to work with and interesting to talk to---just good guys doing a difficult job very well. We would definitely call on Severson for any future plumbing needs.
