I needed to have two frost free outside water bibs replaced. I called Severson Plumbing. They came at a reasonable time and sent this wonderful plumber to the house. He was an extremely clean worker with years of experience. This plumber was named Conrad. Efficient and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Great job. They are my plumbers now. RECOMMEND!!

We had an emergency gas leak at our Sunriver rental unit. Conrad from Severson came out the next morning. Not only did he fix the leak, he turned the gas back on and checked the water heater, oven, stove and fireplace to make sure all were working well. When he was done, he explained the problem and the fix. I have found an honest and reliable technician for all my heating, electrical, gas and plumbing needs. Great experience!

Where do I even begin?!? We had 2 toilets installed and a plumbing issue related to our dishwasher not working. This basically new dishwasher hadn't worked in 1.5 years and Drew situated a plumbing line so the water would flow better and voila! Dishwasher works again. Also one of the toilets I purchased at Lowe's was too big for my bathroom door to clear and I told Drew all of this on his way here and he turned the truck around to go back to his will call and got a toilet that would fit in my bathroom. This is exactly the kind of resourcefulness and customer service I'm looking for but seldom receive with all of my vendors. I've found my plumber for life.
