We wanted to repipe our condo and called a few companies we had researched for estimates. We needed to get it done quickly, correctly, and professionally. We are happy we selected Severson because they went out if the way to get it done in time and made it economically feasible for us. What's more is that they have stood by their work. Soon after we discovered a minor issue with the hot and cold water hoses being reversed on the washer. They came out immediately and fixed the issue. About a month later a toliet had a slight leak we thought was from the supply line. They came out immediately. Turns out it was from the fill valve which wasn't anything associated with the repipe. They took care of it without charging anyway! I would highly recommend Severson. They stand by their work and then some!

Very happy with the service we received from Severson Plumbing this past week. We had leak from our toilet in the upstairs bathroom down to the ceiling in the bathroom downstairs last Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. I left a message on Monday and they called first thing Tuesday morning and were out here to fix the problem the same day. Mike was our plumber and he was great. Very professional and friendly and explained the issue to us clearly

Look at this beautiful faucet just installed by Severson Plumbing!!! They are so quick, efficient, professional and priced right. Scotty was so sweet and respectful; he covered his shoes in booties and wore a mask (during covid-19). He was super fast and left my kitchen cleaner than when he started. Kurt provided super customer service in selecting and ordering the faucet too. Our water pressure is better with this faucet too. I am super happy with this install.

We recently had some leaks from our bathroom. We called Severson to come out and address the issue. Scotty came and wow we are so impressed with his professionalism and great attitude! Dealt with this vendor for years in our former association complex. For the most part, techs were pleasant but all services very overpriced and they don't stand behind their work. Had them replace a main shut off and within a few years, it was badly corroded/leaking. They came out to look and said they could not warranty it, because they don't know how much use it got...it's the main to my condo, how many times do you think it was turned? Wanted something like $300 to replace. Also had them out to another property for leak detection. After the visit, it was determined there was no leak. I spent $40 on a cheap inspection camera and found there to be a leak. Could have saved me a grip of cash if I had just done myself. Used them cause I had to, but certainly will not for future needs.

In July, after our second waterline leak, we decided to repipe the house. After meeting with and securing three estimates and checking references, we selected Severson Plumbing. The Severson team was professional and courteous and did a great job of protecting the inside of the house from construction dust and debris. They left the job completely paint-ready, which is standard for the industry. We were completely satisfied with the job.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE!!! Worst costumer service, they WILL double charge for certain jobs and they lie out of their teeth. A job that should have cost $75 dollars at most was quoted at $178 dollars. Broke 3 weeks later under warranty which they didn't uphold. They also charged for certain ""need to do fixes"" which other companies have said, don't need to be done. Save yourself time and a lot of money and find another plumbing service!

Carmen and Dillon installed a new water heater at my home. INCREDIBLE customer service and professionalism. Severson was also 43% ($1200) cheaper than two competitors including Costco. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Today we had a very nice young man, Dylan, remove our old toilet and install a new toilet. Unfortunately, the tank of the new toilet was cracked, so they will have to come back due to no fault of theirs. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company as they were honest, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Great service, professional employees and fair/upfront pricing. Had several leaks with the crumby OC piping installed in the 90's. Severson came out immediately and repaired each problem. They showed me the problems before fixing and cleaned up all of the hack work from a previous wanna be plumber. I've had them repair three unrelated problems over the years and each time I get great service.
