Finally a plumbing company you can trust!! After almost being taken to the cleaners for drain cleaning at a crazy price of almost $9,000 (do not call Rooter Hero!!) I called Severson based on a referral. I couldn't be happier. Evan came out and assessed the situation. Came to the conclusion we just needed to clean the toilet out better and change our old fixtures and voila! Drains working and a savings of thousands of dollars. I am so thankful for these guys. When I need any work done they have my business and trust in a company is essential.

My water heater went out on one of the coldest days of the year. I'm in a 3rd story condo and servicing and replacing the water heater is a pain. Severson plumbing was recommended by my HOA. I called and they came out the same day and worked around my work schedule. They informed me that my water heater was under warranty and the price was really reasonable to repair (to be clear they did not install the water heater originally). They replaced a part and the water heater was working fine. But it turned out there was a small gas leak. So they came back out and replaced another component the next day. The water heater was working again perfectly. Again there was a small gas leak. They came out the same day at no charge and trouble shooted it and it now works great and has no leaks. 3rd times and charm and they earned my 5 star review the hard way...by standing behind their work.

I really wanted to give a better review but the end result cost me. They can't drywall. I was doing a home renovation and my contractor recommend Severson. There were a lot of little things that bothered me but, overall, the re-pipe was complete and good. The problem came with the drywall patching. The renovation was all but done but when the kitchen and family room ceiling was painted, the massive patch areas from the drywall repair looked TERRIBLE. Even the Severson drywall guy said he was embarrassed by how bad it was. Now, after getting my house back, we had to cover the whole kitchen and family room in plastic so they could re-skin the entire ceiling. They did a terrible job covering everything, and my painters had to clean up all the overspray when they re-painted. We had to repaint the ceiling again - because of the poor drywall work - and Severson refused to reimburse me for having to paint the ceiling (a second time). $1800. Severson said they already went above and beyond by fixing the problem - really? They created the problem. I have a contractor and paint company all agreeing this should be paid by Severson. Now they are writing statements so I can file a claim with small claims court. It's a shame.
