I called Severson Plumbing because of all the great reviews. I've spoken with Kurt, Danny, Bruce & Mike and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. My 2 experiences are consistent with all the 5 star reviews. I'll spare you the details of my recent plumbing dilemma (feel free to contact me if you have questions) but it started on a Sunday NIGHT. I left a message on the emergency line and Kurt called me back within minutes. Danny (replaced my sink) and Bruce & Mike worked on a water leak. All 3 plumbers were (1) prompt-actually arrived early with a heads up call (2) assessed the problem and repaired it in a timely manner (3) NICE-answered all my questions and were patient with me and my hovering. Kurt even sent Bruce out the following day to take a look at my water heater & didn't even charge me for it!

Most importantly, it's so refreshing to be able to call a company and speak to the same person and even be remembered. I appreciate the effort Kurt made to accommodate me. I feel he made a special effort because he understood the inconvenience of having my water turned off ESPECIALLY with 2 small children. That meant a lot to me!

I called to get a quote to have our house repiped after we discovered & patched a few leaks. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly helpful & actually told me that it would be much cheaper to go with a repiping company than a plumber. I'm so grateful for his time and information especially when he received no benefit from giving it.

Severson plumbing installed our new sink and dishwasher after a kitchen remodel. They did great work and were very polite and professional. We just called them again for an unrelated slab leak emergency. They had our pipe cut and sealed with minimal damage to our home and were very respectful of our property. I will definitely use them again!

HORRIBLE. I would not give this company any stars if possible. They claim to have 24hr emergency service, that's a lie! Called during this past weekend to report a leak, left a message. No one ever called us back! Called again Monday (after no one had returned the first call) and they said they would be available the following morning (Tuesday, almost two days later) to talk. Come to find out, this company doesn't want to send their plumbers out after 5pm because then they have to pay overtime to their guys!!! This is what they told us. Bottom line is they care more about their bottom line $$ than your leak or plumbing issues.

When I called to confirm with the manager or owner ""Curt"" that no one would be available to come after 5pm, he was rude, he spoke over me, and ultimately hung up after I told him that I would let our Homeowners Association know of this poor service (as they promote them as the preferred plumbers of our community) saying ""go ahead and do that"" click!!

Unbelievably horrible, horrible, terrible, terrible service!!!!! DO NOT use this company, call someone else for your plumbing needs.

Severson has installed toilets and a new sink, faucets, a garbage disposal, and a water heater, and has found and repaired multiple pipe leaks. Kurt Severson has always returned calls promptly and when emergencies happened (water dripping down from a ceiling light, a garage ceiling leak pouring over shelves and cabinets, slab leaks, etc.) Kurt sent one of his great plumbers to help with the immediate problem. With all the work I have had done, I have never experienced a problem scheduling an appointment or help with emergencies. All work was completed timely, perfectly, and neatly. The plumbers are always polite, friendly, and honest. Prices are reasonable, especially when you factor in the professional work, trustworthy workers, and efficient work. It is very comforting to have Severson Plumbing to call on for any plumbing work.

Scheduled an appointment early in the week Monday for a weekend appointment. Got a call the night before telling me they had to cancel. I tried to setup another appointment and the guy said Tuesday. I tried to reconfirm on Monday and never heard back. Horrible communication and customer service. Luckily I found another plumber with better service.

Great experience! We had flood damage due to another plumber's faulty work and Bruce fixed all our plumbing issues perfectly. Company is fast, professional and personable. Definitely will use them for all our plumbing needs.

I had Severson Plumbing come and replace the toilets in my house because they were polite and always tried their best to answer whatever question or concern I had. They sent a guy named Dan over who replaced three toilets in just under 2 hours. Great customer service, and great work done as far as I can tell. Thank you guys!

Called these guys to install a sink faucet after a nightmare experience with my my old go-to plumbing company (Integrity Plumbing)

On time, SUPER nice/friendly, knowledgeable (I asked a few questions about some possible ""brewing issues) and reasonable/fair prices.

I will continue to use them in the future.

I call with an emergency and unfortunately he was not able to directly help but he was able to get me in contact with someone who could. I am thrilled that he put solving my problem above making a buck for himself.

Kurt was the only plumber (I called 5) who I call that was willing offer a recommendation even though the work was going to someone else!

If I need plumbing help I will call him first.
