I had an old kitchen sink replaced with a new one, which I supplied. The total cost was $530. I was aware of the $90/hr labor charge for the plumber. The person in the office told me they would have to send another person to help remove the heavy old cast iron sink. I didn't think much of it until I received the bill and there was 3 hours for the plumber's labor and 3 hours for an apprentice's labor at $60/hour. (Total of 150/hour labor). I guess I just assumed it was $90/hour to do the job period. When I called to question this after receiving the bill, the office person told me ""I told you I would have to send someone to help remove the cast iron sink- I could have sent another journeyman."" Live and learn, I guess. I will be asking more in-depth questions when I need to hire someone to do work for me in the future. I am all for supporting local businesses, but in this case I was disappointed. The work they did was fine- they replaced the sink and did a nice job. It's the office I was disappointed in. I don't feel like they were totally up front with me, and I think the cost was way too high.

We called Sessions Plumbing after hours and left a message that we would like to schedule an appointment for a bid to have our old galvanized pipes from the 60's replaced all the way from the meter and throughout the whole house. They called us back the next business morning and scheduled the bid for the next day. Jerry was very prompt and professional. He did is walk through and said he would have the bid to us by the end of business the next day. Again, very prompt and true to his word. I work from home so I have been around during the entire process and I cannot make enough positive comments about the crew that completed our work. They called and introduced themselves prior to arriving, arrived promptly, were very polite and friendly. My hat is off to Jerry, Josh, Steve, Mark and the entire crew at Sessions. You all have made this project easier and more bearable. We will definitely be calling you if we ever need any additional work done!!

Had a water leak on a Friday afternoon. Contacted their office and was laughed at by the office staff. She stated ""Good Luck with finding anyone to help you."" She offered no assistance or alternatives. If this encounter is an indication of their professionalism then I am staying clear.

I've had two dealing with this company and I was very impressed with both performace and honesty. We had an emergency (Water heater blew up) they showed up same day, replaced heater and charged a very fair price, when ""they could have"" charged emergency prices. I highly recommend these guys. Had a large water leak under a rental house, called these guys and was told I have to wait for over a week - I understand they have a schedule BUT they should be able to squeeze in emergency jobs - I ended up fixing it my self, Tenants needed the water turned back on

Wow!!! Was I impressed with the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of the nice young man who was contracted to repair the water lines in my apartment unit following a fire below me. He went out of his way to contact me prior to arriving, to ensure his visit wouldn't be disruptive to my schedule. When he arrived, he has all his tools and necessary items with him. Furthermore, he brought his own tarp to lay down rather than using my white linens. He kept me apprised of the work progress, finished in an exceptionally timely fashion, and encouraged me to contact him with any other problems or concerns. I would highly, highly recommend this company to anyone in the area needing plumbing or heating services!!

I called the company, told them I needed 2 valves installed in the shower. They came out, said they needed parts and left, came back, and finished installing the valves. I already had the pipe and fitting, screws, wood and anything else you would need to install this. All they had to do was screw in 4 fittings, and attach my pex pipe I had there already. First I said I would get the parts, they said dont worry about it. I was sent a bill for $580. It took one of the owners 3 hours to screw the valves to the wall and install the 4 pex fittings. I called them, asking about the time it took and the price, they said it was one of the owners who did this and so I am out of luck. they charged me $12 for screws, guess they are made of gold and better than the ones I had there for him. 3 hours for a 1 hour job. I used them before but will never use again.

Very pleased with how prompt they were, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 min. Very reasonable. Unfortunately they charge drive time, which many do.

Had a 50 gal electric water heater replaced in a low ceiling basement. They supplied the tank and removed the old one(cheaper than Big box stores in total with longer warranty).
They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price. I have owned over 20 homes so this is not my first hot water tank so I have used a few different Plumbers.
They will be the plumber I call for anything in the Longview area.

I have used them for over a decade. Every time they have been professional and courteous. If there was ever something not to my liking they immediately responded and changed things to my needs. Call them, you won't be sorry. Chas. Hansen
