I was forced to try and use this company by the home warranty I purchased. I placed a call a week ago and was told to call back that evening between 6pm and 8pm because he did not have his schedule in front of him. He did not answer my call that night and it took me 5 tries the following day to get a call. He told me he was already booked through the week but would get me the following Monday morning first call after he went to the parts store in New Castle. He said to expect a call by 10:00am that Monday and he would be at my house within the hour. He promised he would be here Monday becaus ethe heat was supposed to go to the 90's the remainder of the week. No call Monday morning. After 4 more tries, he answers and said family emergency prevented him from coming and he would be here first call the next morning prior to going to Pittsburgh. Called him at 9:40am asking why I had not received my 9:00am call as promised and he said someone is on the way. It is 1:37pm and no one has showed and his phone goes straight to voicemail, which is full. I would like to give zero stars.

This is the 3rd month that I have been without heat in our bedroom. They are unreliable such as scheduling appointments and not showing.

ServTech was contacted by my home warranty company as my furnace quit working. I, after some time, got an email from Servtech which indicated they would be in contact with me...... This was at 10:06 AM.... It is now 1:30 and I still haven't heard from them.... In the meantime, I checked their reviews and decided that I wanted nothing to do with this company. I contacted my Local furnace service company and within 1 hour I had a service man at my door. The service man said my heat exchanger was shot and I need a new furnace. It will be here tomorrow morning at 8:30. NO Thank YOU Serv Tech Heating and Plumbing. By the way they were 35 miles away..... NOPE !!!!

ServTech technician arrived within the allotted time frame, in follow up to a service call request, regarding my water heater, coordinated by my Home Warranty Company. The technician looked over the water heater, took down appropriate information and took pictures. I paid the technician $65 for the service call. He stated that he would for the necessary information to my Home Warranty company and that I should here back from him later that day or no later than the next day. Two days later, after not hearing anything, I called ServTech several times, without receiving a follow up call. Just got the voice message informing me I would get a call back in ten minutes.

I reported the problem to my Home Warranty Company who also called ServTech, with no follow up response. Five days later, my service request was transferred to a different company, who responded promptly and resolved my problem. I would not recommend this company!

Was without heat in 24 deg weather for 1 week, due to incorrect instillation of a gas furnace igniter, (new one burned out in 2 days) according to the new contractor. Was unable to get in contact with ServTech, as was my home warranty company. No return calls even after sending a FB message on this site. (here is the message)
You replaced a hot surface igniter on 11/20/18. The system failed again on 11/23/18. I contacted my home insurance group who put in a recall ticket to you. I called on Sat. morning, and did get an answer. The person stated your group doesn't ""do weekends"", and I would be taken care of on Monday. I have not heard from anyone. I have been unable to reach you. I don't know or understand what is going on, as I can't get a hold of you. I left several messages prior to your voicemail filling up. I am without heat for the house for a week. It has been cold. I am here alone, so can't leave during the day, to avoid missing you. Please respond.
NEVER heard from them again.
