the carpet cleaner arrived between the stated time. he was courteous, explained the process and completed the job with/in the window he told me. he did a great job on a carpet that i thought had to be replaced.

i'd use them again - and if you are considering a job - definitely consider them

This company is Horrible. I booked a carpet cleaning appointment, my window was 8am-10am. I took off work as well as kept my son home from school so i would not miss my appointment. I moved all furniture to prepare fot my carpet cleaning. 950am came no carpet cleaner so i called the company at 952am and THEN i was informed the guy who was suppose to clean my carpet something happen the night before. Im like wait, so it took me to call at 952am to find this out?! So you have only 1 carpet cleaner for your entire buisness? And if you knew the night before why not call that night or first thing when you open to all customers with appointment that their appointments needed to br canceled or rescheduled?! Horrible company! Should not be in buisness!!!

THE WORST!!!!!!! 2 scheduled appoints, 2 times they called 5 minutes before the appointment time and said they did not have someone to come out. When I asked if they could guarentee the 3rd technician would be there she said we cannot guarentee someone coming out. Wait what? You are setting appointments that you know you cannot keep. I asked if I should find another company that could guarentee, and was told that would probably be the best idea. How can they still be in business? 0.0 rating!!!!

This company sucks!!
I made an appt. for an electrician on line a week ago. I received auto generated text messages indicating they would show up as scheduled btwn. 8-10a.m. on Wed. I took the morning off of work to meet with them. Got a call at 8:15a.m. saying they didn't have anyone available to come out and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I called them back and the woman said they don't have any electricians who can help me. I asked her why they promote electricians if they don't have any and why they even accepted my appointment. She said she just received notice about it and they have no vendors in the area that could help me. These guys are going down - Do Not even bother . . . horrible.

says that it services Fairfield, CA (with my zip code). I scheduled a handyman appointment for Friday. About 15 or so minutes before the appointment, I received an email asking me to call them. I called and was told that the original handyman could not make it and that they could reschedule a handyman (3 days later) for the following Monday at 2pm. The man said that this time, it would be with another handyman he had listed. The new appointment was scheduled. I received a confirmation email. Then on Monday, I received a phone call about 40 minutes prior to my appointment time saying that no handyman would be coming. She said that even though handyman services are ""OPEN"" in Fairfield, they had no handymen who serviced Farifield, CA.----I waisted part of two days waiting and preparing for a handyman that would no come. What a run-around. Serviz should not have handyman or any other services ""OPEN"" in Fairfield, CA, if they have no contractor or sub-contractor to provide the requested service in that area.

Made an appointment for upholstery cleaning. Appointment was verified and then no show. When we called they blamed us for wrong contact info AFTER they contacted us by phone and e-mail. We canceled before they could do damage

I had a bad experience with them, TWICE!....before i figured out what they do: They schedule your appointment BEFORE they actually have someone to do the work. In both my cases, they gave me an appointment day and time, then both times, NO ONE SHOWS UP, and they called me AFTER the appointment time to say they didn't have anyone available to come. WHAT???!!! How thoughtless can you be to your customers?! I took off work TWICE for THAT?! They are an inconsiderate rip-off.

worst, horrible company to deal with. DO NOT USE THEM! i called them up on tuesday and was booked for setting up a bookcase on wednesday. never showed up on wednesday. i called them up, found out that there were no records that i called!. so i booked again on the same date and spoke with james and he said that he was on his way but stuck in traffic, he asked if he could show up on thursday at 7am and i said yes. i called him up at 7:30am and found out that he was waiting for approval, what the heck is that approval? i talked to them for 3 days already. now they wanted to send him on friday at 3pm when i'm gone! seriously? worst company to deal with. do not call them up at all! waste of time and money! i dont want to have anything to do with them! not satisfied at all! do not call them! if there is a less than 1 star, i will mark less than 100 stars!

Another instance of them no showing on a job. My appointment was confirmed this morning, I waited for an hour and they no showed. No real explanation as to why.

This company is awful and does not follow through with appointments, I had booked a appointment two days in advance and was cancelled on at the last minute after waiting three hours for their arrival. I have a event I am hosting and needed them to come out for a carpet cleaning, they rescheduled for today. So I called to confirm the appointment and was treated poorly, he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. At this point I decided to check the reviews to see if anyone else had this issue. Now it's clear, this company is a mess. I canceled and booked with another carpet cleaning company. I didn't check the reviews before booking, just goes to show why checking your reviews beforehand is so important. Thumbs down ""Serviz"".
