I feel I made a mistake calling them.
I work out of state but have a home in Edinburg. Our water heater is in the Attic and is about 10 years old. I am worried it might burst and ruin my ceiling. I called them for and estimate to relocate the water heater from attic to rear patio.
Two techs came and inspected the water heater and told me it is OK for another two years. They gave me a bill for $45.00. I told them the purpose of your visit is to estimate for relocating to the rear patio. They said their boss will call with an estimate.
Few days later I got a call quoting $900 to relocate it to the rear patio. I was a bit surprised and I just said thank you.
It is ridiculous for them to quote me same money as installing a new water heater! Were they thinking that I am ignorant about labor involved or they just don't want to do it.
I will not recommend this plumber to anyone that I know.

I've been using this company for years and never had the slightest problem. They are quick to show up and have always done good work.

Don't waste your money with this place. We were visiting family in the Valley and called them on a Friday after having issues with the shower and toilet backing up. Two men came and "fixed" the problem. That evening we had the same issue again. All day Saturday we tried contacting them and no answer. Finally Monday we got a hold of them and were told their original work had no guarantee, it would be another $95 to try the same thing again...try. if that didn't work they would try something different Tuesday. We don't want to pay for "trying".
