Several years ago, Servis employees replaced the cast iron soil pipes that conveyed our waste water from toilets and sinks to the town's sewer line. After 110 years of service, these lines cracked longitudinally and failed with large leaks.

The Servis plumbers came and worked under trying conditions to completely replace the cast iron with PVC plastic pipes in a crawl space that varied from 18-24"" clearance. There were seven connections coming to the crawl space from bathroom and kitchen fixtures sources on the first and second floors. Their work also including replacing lead piping connecting the toilet, tub and sink in the second floor bathroom and then replacing the pipe connecting with the piping in the crawl space.

Their work was of high quality and they used innovative thought to successfully complete the whole job.

Didn't return after first service call to the house as promised (to replace tub faucet handles). Work is still waiting to be done two months later with no further communication from fhem.

They were recommended to me, but I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone else. I understand charging a service fee, but feel that $70 for spending 5 minutes at a residence, half of which was spent on the phone with another customer, is a bit much.
