I called Victor at 1138am and he said he would be here at 1230pm. He arrived sooner than that.
I reported an issue to our home warranty on 8/15/22. They sent out 2 local companies that did absolutely nothing. They were not honest nor heroes! (Pun intended)
Servin and Sons came out, evaluated and got the job done. Definitely recommend and will be the only company we ever use.

Water heater needed to be replaced and victor responded on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and completed the work on the day he said he would. Best part about this business is the business owner completes the work, and you know it's done right! I now have victor's cell phone number and will call him for any future plumbing issues.

I just wanna say, I am glad I found Victor Servin to take care of my water heater problem.
My pilot on my water heater didn't want to stay on. He came over to take a look at it and he was able to re-light pilot. What made his visit different was his recommendations!
Since my water heater was 5 years old and possibly under warranty, he told me to get ahold of the manufacturer of the heater and he told me what to say and ask for.
It worked! The part was $250 but it was covered under warranty.
After getting part, I called Victor and he came over to install. His charge was inexpensive.
I was happy to have hot water again, but his recommendations saved me money. I will call Victor again, if I ever need a plumber.

We had a significant leak that we didn't know where the source was. Our ""home warranty company (AHS) couldn't schedule a plumber for 3 days out. I called Servin & Sons myself & they came out that afternoon. The technician was very professional, he got right to the problem and documented the issue with video and pictures for us. The cost of repairs I felt was reasonable as well. I was extremely pleased at his work and would definitely use Servin & Sons again!
