We launched ServiceOne in April of 2003, and we have added comprehensive Air Conditioning along with Plumbing services.
Our names are Billy and Ginger Gouty. We founded our business in 2003 and have formed strong ties with the community throughout the Seminole and Orange County area. Our kids grew up here. They share classrooms with your kids, and we are proud of the community we call home and appreciate the great community members we interact with every day.

Melanie D.Service One sold my parents a Trane air conditioner. They had problems with it from the first week because of white gunk clogging up the system. When called they would come out and just clean it out and the problem would continued. Company would do nothing to correct it even though they knew it was a problem. Constant river of water flowing down the garage. Even wanted to charge them 800.00 to take it apart and clean it out. This company does not back up the products they sell. Very disreputable!
Curt W.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR A/C SYSTEM. Technician came out for minor repair to end up making things worse. Decided to start fixing system without consulting me first with how much the repair would be. What company does this??? Now company not taking the blame for any of it's mistakes. Service manager has the worst customer service skills and makes one more upset at every step. Don't make this expensive mistake. Take your business elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell you so!!!
