I must say, I was very taken aback by the negative reviews. My experience was very good. The women in the office were very nice, attentive, and sympathetic, and understood the urgency of my situation. Jennifer, in particular was awesome, (spoke to her several times), and Heidi was very nice also (I think it was Heidi, only spoke with her once). The plumber they sent me was Malcolm. He was just great! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, honest and he made us feel very comfortable with his assessment of the seemingly huge leak under the sink. He told us of the Moen lifetime warranty, and when I contacted them for replacement parts, they sent us a new replacement faucet because of the way it was leaking. So Malcolm saved us the cost of a new faucet, and then replumbed under the sink. We will definitely call ServiceMaster again, and ask for Malcolm to do any plumbing work. Very good service, and he was fast. Highly recommended

If cost and incomplete work is not an issue for you, you should definitely give the """"ServiceMaster"""" a call. They fixed our plumbing leak, but did not meet their service guarantee or come anywhere near the quoted cost. I understand a quote is a quote, but nearly doubling a price and not completing the job as stated it would be is absolutely absurd. I had a leak under my foundation and the ServiceMaster team was able to come out right away. I felt blessed but ultimately found out why they had such availability. I understood this was not going to be a cheap job. I took pictures and contacted a number of different plumbers once the referred leak detector found the origin of my problem. ServiceMasters offered the best price and I felt comfortable having met them in the morning. They quoted a 3-hour rate ($500) that included repair of the concrete foundation just like every other plumber that I called that day with the expectation that I would need to replace the tile on my own. If they went beyond the 3-hour mark, there was an additional hourly charge ($95/hr). They were able to fix the leak within the 3-hour window, which required drilling through our tile floor and the foundation of the house. After fixing the leak, they stated they would clear the debris and fill the soil back in but would not repair the concrete slab. They also charged us nearly double (quoted $500 and charged $925) because there was a second person with him who was clearly training. The """"ServiceMaster"""" left my living room with a 3 foot by 3 foot hole. Hopefully this review is read before another person trusts them to complete a job.

ServiceMaster Plumbing, unfortunately, was not a competent choice for our job. WOW!! I can't believe the nerve of this company. They sent an incompetent individual who ultimately walked off the job. NEVER EVEN COULD FIND THE PROBLEM after 3 hours. Then walked off when we questioned his ability. They have the nerve to send a bill. We called another plumbing service and the problem was resolved in an hour and a half.

Service Master Plumbing replaced a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater (Propane) on my home. The plumber showed up on time, evaluated the work, submitted an estimate, and also did the work. 5 Stars says it all about my experience with Servicemaster Plumbing. I have an executive home so I'm no stranger to jacked up estimates by unscrupulous contractors with no integrity (Hello Ben Franklin Plumbing @ 3X the 2nd highest estimate out of 22 submitted) You don't have to worry about that nonsense with this company, I would hire them again.

We called Service Master Plumbing (recommended from the Teco Gas website) to convert the electric stove to gas. We explained this over the phone that all we need is to be able to use a gas stove instead of electric. They sent someone & when the technician showed up, he stated he was tired & didn't want to be there. He was taken inside to show the stove area where the work needed to be done & he said he needed a part because he was informed that the dryer is what needed to be worked on. As he was walking out the door (literally while he was walking) he handed a paper to my mom & told her in order for him to leave & get the part she needed to sign the paper. The only thing on the paper at the time she signed it was the address. Nothing else. No price or fee was ever discussed. While he was out trying to pick up whatever he needed, my mom accidentally locked herself out of the house. So she called to tell them not to send the technician back out because she couldn't get inside the house. They said that was fine & for her to call back when she needed to reschedule. She wound up not calling back to reschedule. Never once over the phone nor in person did anyone at any time from S.M.P. advise if they sent someone out that we would be responsible for a $105 service fee. So a week later we receive a phone call from them stating we have a balance of $105. When we tried calling to see why, the employee (Jennifer) yelled over the phone & rudely told us we needed to pay or they would put a lien on our house right before Xmas. They stated we signed an agreement for the work. We told them we were forced to sign a blank document in order for the technician to even leave our house but she insisted we still owed. We asked for a copy of the document (since one was not provided) & when we received it, there were notes & prices all over it that weren't there before. They wrote on the document AFTER we signed it & didn't advise us or provide a copy. I called S.M.P. multiple times to speak to the owner & kept getting the response that he was not in the office. On my 5th call, I asked to speak to the owner & got transferred to Jennifer. She stated she wasn't the owner but would handle it. I stated I didn't want to speak with her I wanted to speak to the owner & she said he received all of my messages but she was still going to handle it. She then threatened again on the phone to foreclose my house by putting a lien on it if I didn't pay. I told her to have the owner call me because I didn't want to speak to her. I had to call again cause the owner never called me back & when I finally got the chance to speak to the owner, he was the most disrespectful person I had ever spoken with. He yelled at me & screamed at me over the phone & refused to let me talk. I had to raise my voice & talk over him in order to get anything in. He said he was going to """"foreclose"""" my house & that I would owe him thousands of dollars if I didn't pay the fee. I told him his paper work clearly states if anyone comes out & performs work or provide materials that THEN they are responsible for the fee. He stated that was wrong even though I have a copy of that document. The technician did not perform any work or provide any materials whatsoever. The owner was so disrespectful & unprofessional. He made up an entirely different story than what actually occurred & when I tried letting him know those statements were false, he screamed at me & said I wouldn't know because I wasn't there. He stated I had someone else from his company finish the job which is a complete LIE. No one came out to do any work because Best Buy actually delivered & installed my stove (& they didn't need to go out to get any """"missing parts"""" because apparently it was already gas & you just had to switch the cap). He has made false accusations & told me no matter what I owe them money even though no services were provided. After that, their office started calling me on blocked numbers & harassing me & my mother leaving us voicemails stating if I didn't pay they were going to """"foreclose"""" my house. They stated because of my conversation with the owner, they were escalating this to put a lien on my house & that I would now owe them hundreds of dollars. With the way I've been treated/ threatened, I don't feel comfortable with this company having my address. I've seen multiple reviews that this company gets physical with their customers & that makes me extremely worried & uncomfortable. Update: These people took it a step further & started showing up at my door multiple times for weeks. I just bought this house & this company keeps sending employees out to harass me. And I will be getting a lawyer because they sent me a document that they put the lien on my house for not paying the $105 service fee for their technician doing NOTHING. This company should be closed down for the way they do business.

Worse plumbing company. I have a property in Orlando but I do not live in Orange County. I had an emergency as there was a big water leak from first floor to second floor. The plumber came and said there was mold so he wouldn't touch anything. I had to bring a mold specialist who said there is NO mold whatsoever, but there is a lot of water that needs to be dry out and fixed. I called back Servicemaster Plumbing and they reply saying sorry but that's what the technician said but also we unable to """"open a hole"""" to figure out where the water is coming from if the owner is not physically at the house. Bottom line, they sent a plumber that didn't know anything, made me pay for a mold specialist to come over without any reason, charged me $85usd and they can't do anything because I'm not at the property. Service master plumbing: worse experience ever.

Do not Give your business to them This company Have the very bad quality of workers and technician fix one and break the other, and when I called to let them know, instead of trying to take care of the problem, they treading me of put lean in my Home, very bad customer service and poor job

They came to assess the problem and spent an hour on it, results; they couldn't find the problem and left with a full hours charge. The worker did not even know how to do his job, having to call his superior for the whole time.
