Worst experience ever. What a JOKE of a company. Read the their BBB complains. The MOMENT you don't agree to a charge - they put a lien on your home. Their customer service is disgusting and they should not be in business. Do NOT use this company.

IF I COULD GIVE A -10 i WOULD. WORST AND DISHONEST SERVICE I EVER HAVE. John the technician and the lady in the office both have lack of professionalism and good customer service. The manufacture sent this company to my house for a warranty replacement and before they start the job I asked if i could upgrade the water heater due to the other model was giving us a lot of issues, the tech call Rheem the manufacture and they said it will be cover up to $300 which is taking the water heater and installing the new one. I asked before if something would be charge to me and the tech responded just the materials which is about $20 and the extra time if it goes over the 2 hours the manufacture pays. He mentioned it will be around half an hour for a total of $85 and i agreed on that. When the job was done he told me it was $260 for materials, i refused to pay and ask to talk to a supervisor. Called the office twice and a rude, useless receptionist hangup my phone call twice instead of dealing with the situation of a customer feeling unsatisfied and have a complaint about the charge. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I VALUE PEOPLES JOB AND TIME; BUT HONESTY AND PROFESSIONALISM ITS KEY FOR A COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO GROW AND BE SUCCESSFUL.

I could not have had a better experience than I did with Servicemaster Plumbing. From the original phone service in scheduling to my technician, everyone was beyond nice and so helpful. MONTE was my technician and he was the absolute best, I can't recommend him enough. I was having issues with my tankless hot water heaters and not only did he solve the problem in a timely fashion but he also went above and beyond to answer all my annoying questions (even went as far to call his boss to see if he had ever encountered an inquiry I had). I don't understand how they could have any negative reviews especially when dealing with customer service, as I would go as far to say this is one of the best I have experienced when it comes to pleasing their clients and getting the job done. I will never use another plumbing service again.

Poor customer service. The technician and trainee blew out the power in my entire home connecting a water heater and the owner refused to take care of the $1,600 damage costs. Will not recommend it.

I'm just another 1 star rating. I had a hot water heater that was defective. The manufacturer recommended this company. The company had to be prodded repeatedly to get a response from them. After another email and nearly two weeks I finally heard back from Beth. Her email failed to attach the estimate and the estimate was elementary in nature, did not itemize and failed to include things like fittings. There are other choices of plumbers available. There are better choices of plumbers available, more reliable, more respectable, more responsive, more accurate, more quality. I'd suggest you go with a business that deserves and earns your business, not ignores it.

I must say, I was very taken aback by the negative reviews. My experience was very good. The women in the office were very nice, attentive, and sympathetic, and understood the urgency of my situation. Jennifer, in particular was awesome, (spoke to her several times), and Heidi was very nice also (I think it was Heidi, only spoke with her once). The plumber they sent me was Malcolm. He was just great! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, honest and he made us feel very comfortable with his assessment of the seemingly huge leak under the sink. He told us of the Moen lifetime warranty, and when I contacted them for replacement parts, they sent us a new replacement faucet because of the way it was leaking. So Malcolm saved us the cost of a new faucet, and then replumbed under the sink. We will definitely call ServiceMaster again, and ask for Malcolm to do any plumbing work. Very good service, and he was fast. Highly recommended

If cost and incomplete work is not an issue for you, you should definitely give the """"ServiceMaster"""" a call. They fixed our plumbing leak, but did not meet their service guarantee or come anywhere near the quoted cost. I understand a quote is a quote, but nearly doubling a price and not completing the job as stated it would be is absolutely absurd. I had a leak under my foundation and the ServiceMaster team was able to come out right away. I felt blessed but ultimately found out why they had such availability. I understood this was not going to be a cheap job. I took pictures and contacted a number of different plumbers once the referred leak detector found the origin of my problem. ServiceMasters offered the best price and I felt comfortable having met them in the morning. They quoted a 3-hour rate ($500) that included repair of the concrete foundation just like every other plumber that I called that day with the expectation that I would need to replace the tile on my own. If they went beyond the 3-hour mark, there was an additional hourly charge ($95/hr). They were able to fix the leak within the 3-hour window, which required drilling through our tile floor and the foundation of the house. After fixing the leak, they stated they would clear the debris and fill the soil back in but would not repair the concrete slab. They also charged us nearly double (quoted $500 and charged $925) because there was a second person with him who was clearly training. The """"ServiceMaster"""" left my living room with a 3 foot by 3 foot hole. Hopefully this review is read before another person trusts them to complete a job.

ServiceMaster Plumbing, unfortunately, was not a competent choice for our job. WOW!! I can't believe the nerve of this company. They sent an incompetent individual who ultimately walked off the job. NEVER EVEN COULD FIND THE PROBLEM after 3 hours. Then walked off when we questioned his ability. They have the nerve to send a bill. We called another plumbing service and the problem was resolved in an hour and a half.

Nothing is worse than having no hot water! The folks at Servicemaster made the process easy. The cost was reasonable, the staff was friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again!
