Do not Give your business to them This company Have the very bad quality of workers and technician fix one and break the other, and when I called to let them know, instead of trying to take care of the problem, they treading me of put lean in my Home, very bad customer service and poor job

They came to assess the problem and spent an hour on it, results; they couldn't find the problem and left with a full hours charge. The worker did not even know how to do his job, having to call his superior for the whole time.

Chris arrived to my home, put on shoe covers, walked in the house, assessed the damage, gave me a very reasonable price, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after him self...I will definitely you ServiceMaster Plumbing again

Had a last minute problem when installing new countertops. Servicemaster was on the spot and sent Chris out immediately. He took care of my problem, capped off my propane cook top and then returned later that afternoon to hook everything up again. Highly recommend!

Servicemaster came today and properly diagnosed the problem with my water heater and replaced it. The tech, (Tony), who conducted the service was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and took the time to diagnose and resolve the issue correctly and immediately. Based on my own personal experience, I would definitely recommend this business.

Poor permit follow up. Avoid this company if you value your peace of mind. They never called for final inspection on permit and the city of Orlando building department is now a bunch of information, new paperwork, new permit and inspection rooms. They pretend to care when I call them on the phone but nothing gets done. Do not use this company. They are referred by te o gas but teco tells me I have to get it resolved through the Servicemaster company. Teco is filing a complaint internally with them which will be reviewed later when the referrals are re evaluated on their website. All of the time wasted dealing with this is frustrating. I have made st least 40 phone calls, no kidding, 40 calls with nothing but empty promises. They call every year trying to sell a flush service but can't get the permit taken care of. Very very very poor customer service. Scammers, avoid this company.

Thanks ServiceMaster for clearing up a water line problem we've been having off and on since October. Jose got here early this morning and fixed the problem after two other companies attempts. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained every step he was doing. Thanks also to Lori and Heidi for getting us on the schedule right away.

Their incompetence could have blown up my home or worse hurt/killed someone. They replaced the thermal coupler in my water heater (which took 4 days to order and install) incorrectly, so I detected a gas smell after they left. I called the after hours line and a man who introduced himself as the owner came to check it. He said everything was fine and left. I woke up at 4am to a very strong smell of gas. At this point, I called my gas utility company. Peoples Gas had a technician over in minutes and he showed me where the valve had not been tightened correctly and where the gas was leaking. The repair was thankfully quick and easy. When I reported this to Servicemaster, they were very dismissive and unconcerned that one of their techs can be putting customers at risk. For your safety, NEVER use them!

If i could give them a negative star rating i would give it a -10. We have a tankless water heater and needed it checked because our hot water starts and stops. The senior service tech Tony came out and from what we can tell did nothing. We have called them for 2 days and can not fine out what he did but charge me $105.00. I will never use them again.

Terrible service! I explained over the phone that my issue was an exposed drain line from my washing machine that is draining into the septic, which has become an open hole in my front yard. They came out and moved some dirt around for about 10 minutes and then told me they could not handle such a job. They insisted on receiving payment of $105 for simply coming out and saying they couldn't do it. The office claimed that if he took a tool out, i.e. a shovel, we owe the money. If you don't do the work, you shouldn't get paid. Ask better qualifying questions on the phone before accepting the job. I will never use this company again.
