Roy and Randy are very experienced and detailed when it comes to initial inspections down to fixing the problems. We had major slab leak at our house back in December and they were able to come in and quickly found and stopped the leakages. After another month, we also had gas leakages in our garage, they took their time to inspect each area thoroughly and cautiously. After identifying the leakage area, they replaced with new gas pipes and also ran multiple tests afterward to ensure the gas meter doesn't run again without usages. Highly recommend if you need professional experts who are reliable and knowledgeable. Their magic hands certainly solve our problems and hope they can solve yours too ~

My heater was acting up and I decided to look up recommendations on ""Nextdoor"" and I found Service Wizards. Roy answered my call and made an appointment to come out the very next day. Roy showed up on time and took time to troubleshoot the problem. Roy is very friendly and you can tell he is very passionate at what he does. He diagnosed the problem and it turned out we needed to replace a part. Even though it was already Friday afternoon, Roy called around and got a hold of a part. I thought he would come back on Monday but was pleased when he said he would come back the next day (Saturday) to replace the part. Roy is very professional and I strongly recommend Roy for AC/Heater/Plumbing jobs!

When I was unable to unclog our kitchen sink I called several plumbers. Roy was the first one who could come out the same day. He spent two hours on a hopelessly plugged drain. He spent extra time to make sure the job was complete to our satisfaction. He's knowledgeable and reasonably priced! We are planning to have him come back to give our heater and air conditioning units a tune-up.

Roy has always been there for all of my plumbing needs. Great guy, professional and on time. Roy installed a water heater for me about 5 years ago. Water heater install went great. Now we are five years later and I had a leaking pipe in my cement foundation. Roy was busy and upfront about not being able to fix my issue for a few days. I tried to find another plumber to diagnose my leak but Roy called me back and said that he would come by the next morning to diagnose the leak. Roy sent his employee who showed up early and spent about 2 hours diagnosing the problem. Roy showed up about an hour into the diagnosis to confirm the issue and he explained how to repair the problem. Roy offered to return to repair the leaky pipe or if I wanted to repair it myself, he said he would walk me through the repair. I can not say enough good things about this company. Professional, quality, and friendly. Even though he was too busy, he still did as much as he could to help me fix my problem. 2 hours later, my pipes are fixed and Roy ended up saving me a bunch of money. Thank You Roy.

Roy at Service Wizards (Diamond Bar) came with high recommendations from our local Next Door when our A/C went out just before the July 4th holiday, and now I know why. We were expecting a crowd, but not expecting the heat wave! The temps were estimated to be 115 degrees. Roy was prompt, professional and after checking things out, said we probably needed a new fan motor. Our unit is quite old and really needs to be completely replaced. He got the air running to keep us cool through the holiday, but there were no guarantees as to how long the fan would last. We asked that he work up an estimate to replace the unit entirely after the holiday. It started acting up again within a few days, and when we called him. We had our young grandkids staying here, and the temperatures were still above 100 degrees. Roy cancelled his dinner plans and came right over and worked for a couple of hours and finally got our A/C back to working again. We were so grateful! This was over the weekend and he could have easily put us off until Monday. Reliable, fair, honest and compassionate! We will always call Roy when we have an issue.
