Bill F.Spent $2,625 to get a new water handle, spout, shower head, and some pipe work. I have hot water everywhere in my house except at the tub. This work was done on Friday (yesterday) and there is no technician on duty until Monday. I could have done it for much less but needed it repaired ASAP. Unless it is warranty service I will never use this company again. Expensive lesson learned. Consider your options carefully before making a call for their service.
Lynn C.Airtech in Brainerd, owned by Jeren, is not good. They diagnosed our air conditioner at a cost of $195 and said it was too expensive and too old to repair. Their salesman gave us good/better/best estimates at $8,000/$11,000/$13,000. Thank goodness we called a reliable HVAC service in the area and he fixed our AC for the cost of the part. Airtech is out to make a dollar at the expense of the unaware customer.
Sherri C.Horrible company!! Today was the THIRD no call/no show, this time it was supposed to be the owner of the company JEREN. They over promise & under deliver. Thank goodness I learned this before starting our measly $22,000 job. I can only imagine the frustrations & disappointments we would have had to deal with. Do NOT hire them for your HVAC needs!! I also tried reaching JEREN directly and no response!!!
