Called my brother who knows about well pumps. Could've bought it for $500 at home depot and installed it. It's shit off twice since they fixed it and charged us $6,000. So labor and a clamp costs 5,500? Obviously isn't good quality if it keeps shutting off. Don't let these people rip you off. Look up the stuff before they come in. The only good thing was the nice worker. It's not his fault his bosses are greedy assholes.

Don't buy an AC Heating system from this company! They install old parts and do not stand by their service contract when they fail!!! customer service reps are RUDE and would not let us talk to any supervisors. They would just lie and say they didn't have any. We were sold an overpriced unit and when the thermostat failed after three years (the normal life span is 10+) found out it was an outdated part over 8 years old. We paid for service contracts with them every year but they told us that the warranty didn't cover it and wanted to charge us $350 for labor to install a new one. RIP OFF!!!

This company keeps charging me for work that has already been paid for. They also charged my account $6900 and DID NO WORK!!! I've asked to speak with a manager multiple times over eight months, and no one is ever available. Now, they're saying I owe more money for work that was paid for two years ago. I HAVE PROOF!!! The women who answer the phones are arrogant and rude. When I tried to discuss this, she told me would she report me to the credit companies. THE BILL HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID!!! Imagine charging someone $6900 for no reason, not being able to show the work you did, then demanding a customer PAY AGAIN for work that was already PAID FOR. This company is trash and so is their management. This is a statement that I'm willing to say to their faces.
