The person came to my house seems not very professional. Gave unclear information and declined to perform most of the task. The only one task he considered was to change the washing machine shut-off valve which he gave me a quote for $1,200. I had to pay the service charge of $85 when I did not accept the quote.
I finally got somebody else to do the job for less than $400.

We had some issues with our old sump pump. Denis came round within an hour and advised it wasn't a very reliable pump. He came back later that day and installed a better pump. He also helped us track down the hose pipe switches. Super helpful. Excellent service. Denis was great. Highly recommended.

After Denis did such an excellent job on my new furnace I decided to give him a plumbing job. We thought it would just be replacing a drain line and installing a vanity but we discovered a major drain line blockage which he had to open. It was difficult but he had the right equipment and got everything done in a day. He handled a tough job in reasonable time and didn't overcharge me. Again, highly recommended.
