DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
I dont understand why the warranty company uses them. Service squad is very useless, dishonest, rude, bad customer service, no people skills, and unprofessional. I agree with all the bad reviews other customers have left. I am definitely one and the same. They should not be in business with the home warranty company. Because of Service Squad, I am about to get rid of my warranty company and find another company that chooses to work with better vendors. I cant believe I have to waste more time writing this BAD review on Service Squad.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Like a few of the reviewers before this one, our warranty company chose them to come out and repair/replace our hot water unit. The first two times coming out they left our home worse than we we started. we woke up to a flooded yard. When we got the approval from the home warranty company to replace the unit they insisted we needed $455 worth of "modifications." We did not agree since it was the exact same unit but they insisted. I wanted my husband to be present at the time of install but they came up with every excuse as to why they could not accommodate that schedule. They came out and performed the install and charged my card $455 for the modifications, however, they did NOT put them on. When my husband called several times the next day their manager finally answered. He confirmed the modifications were indeed NOT put on, however, they don't do refunds so he would make a trip back out to come put them on. We of course declined because the unit did not need them originally and is working properly without them. Plus, i don't trust them to be back in my home again. I currently have a case open with my bank to retrieve my money back for the parts they did not put on our unit but charged us for.

Stay away from this company, very dishonest and the office staff is extremely rude and unapologetic. Would give them negative reviews if I could. Do not use them if you have home owners warranty, they attempted to charge me for a second visit when they didn't even do anything on the first visit to begin with.

My home warranty company assigned them to come take a look at my dryer as it smelled of gas when it was being run. They checked for a leak in the line but did not resolve the problem. It was as simple as reattaching the dryer exhaust vent hose. Seems like a competent repair person would have known this. Instead I paid $75 for nothing and ended up figuring out what to do from google.

Assigned by my home warranty. Hot water issue. First time, man came out, no PPE, went up into the attic and hit the reset button. $75.00 fee. A few weeks later, same issue. I actually REQUESTED this company since they had already been here. Waited....called....waited....called. Finally got in contact with them only to be told, "It's sediment and Amazon's not going to pay for that". Decided this over the phone !!! Never came out. And since they told Amazon it was sediment, just as planned, they refused to pay. I wouldn't bother with Amazon or Service Squad.

In January 2021, Service Square incorrectly installed a valve on our water heater, which caused a hot water leak. Due to the leak our utility bills to increase by about $180. When I called Service Square to inform, they said send in the bills and we can see what we can do. This in now May and Service Square has been avoiding my calls, I called from someone else's phone and I spoke to the owner I asked him to mail my bills back once they make a copy he said "No I am throwing them away".
Please do not use this company, and if your home warranty recommend this company, call them back to get someone else to come out.

Service Squads was assigned by my warranty company to fix a switch on my jetted tub.
They weren't very enthusiastic to do the work at the least. For 5 months they have screwed around, never once returning a call, (many made) and finally telling the warranty company that they couldn't find the switch? Again this was after i called and insisted that someone talk to me because they never call back. The operator found someone who then relayed back a message.
Horrible treatment and customer service, and if it was a better paying gig, i am sure you would have found a switch to work.
