I had to find a plumber last minute for my business office restroom that a previous plumber did that was shoddy and needed the same repair within 4 months. Then failed to show up when he said he would.

The Customer Service is SUPERB! As an office manager this is key, and YPS has the key. I am very impressed with their service both on the phone and in person. I spoke with Jennifer who was polite, pleasant and informative. Then when the plumbers Chris and Emmanuel showed up they were clean, polite and not the average ""smelly plumber"" I saw no cracks. LOL

Both Chris and Emmanuel were polite, well mannered, worked quickly and thoroughly. They even cleaned up after themselves. For my business and home, I NOW have a go to plumber.

We had a leak in our wet bar area and it was causing the wood to buckle up. In addition the cabinets were getting wet from the moisture, due to the steam from the hot water leak. I called the office on a Monday evening around 6pm and Jennifer was there to take down my information and get me an appointment for the following day at 7:30am. She was very understanding and professional. Jennifer took the time to listen to my problem and work around our schedule. She had great follow-up and provided me with an update of the work progress. Miguel was our plumber and he came out on time to give us an estimate. He explained the work to be done. Before we got started, he suggested that I call our home insurance to start a claim and he even offered to speak with the insurance company to explain the leak and how they planned to fix it. After I got approval from the home insurance company, his crew came out and fixed the leak the same day. Then they let the concrete dry, before coming back to cover up the base of the wet bar. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Your Plumbing Solution. Both Miguel and Jennifer were professional and service oriented. We will recommend them to our family and friends.

YPS is the best plumbing company in the area, and Miguel the best plumber!
My parents had a plumbing issue and I called Miguel and another company.
The first company gave my parents and quote of about $1000.
Miguel showed up, and did a much more thorough examination, and quoted them a third of that price. The other plumber missed a bunch of things that an experienced plumber like Miguel wouldn't.
When he did the work Miguel was professional and courteous, he got it done quickly, and at the estimated price.
I would recommend you call YPS and ask for Miguel to come out and your plumbing needs will be taken care of quickly, professionally, and reasonably.

Can't say more about the excellent service from Miguel and Jennifer at office. Miguel was punctual and very knowledgeable. From the moment he came in, he identified my problem and fixed it. Wasted no time. You can tell he goes out of his way to do take care of his customer. Very honest and courteous. Jennifer, Miguel and Giovani were great! Friendly, fast, reliable and great priced! Jennifer is the nicest and most understanding person over the phone and really puts you at ease during a stressful situation. Miguel is spot on when it comes to repairs and extremely knowledgeable about plumbing, parts and brands. Giovani knows how to get things done and done correctly, and before the estimated time of completion. All I can really say is that, they knew exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and how long it would take, all over the phone and with a single picture. Simply outstanding. YPS is definitely my go to from now on when it comes to major plumbing repairs!

I had a terrible leak in my bath/shower fixture. I tried to fix it myself, but the fact that the fixture itself was as old as the house (50+ yrs) I could not budge it.
So I called YPS on a Sunday. Jennifer was very friendly and scheduled an appt on Monday.
Because of inclement weather, they were running behind and Jennifer made sure to call and inform me of this, A+... Miquel came, took a look and stated it could not be repaired but only replaced.
Ahhhhhh....wasn't expecting that.. Or maybe I was and hoping not. Anyway, they replaced the fixture that day. It looks much better (Miquel did a great job) and the leak is gone. Miquel was very Friendly and informative. Took extra effort to protect my refinished tub and answered all my questions with a smile.. I can ask alot of questions! Miquel has a sense of humor to boot. After, while inquiring around ( because I didn't really have time to price shop) the price he quoted was fair.
He even cut me some slack on the price to snake my drain since he was there anyways...
I would recommend YPS, If I ever have another plumbing issue, They're coming back :-)

Miguel Cordova is the Field Supervisor that came to my home to fix a leaky reverse osmosis water tap. He came out the first time and said that he would have to order a replacement water tap and come back to replace. He could not find the tap so he asked me to order one from where I got the system. I did and he came out and replaced it. Because it took him so long to find the part, he did not charge us for installation. Anyway, he did a great job and highly recommended Your Plumbing Solution if you are anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley.

Great experience! I called and spoke with Jennifer, who is super nice, about needing a faucet installed ASAP. Miguel arrived an hour later and did a great job! He was very nice, explained everything to me and did it right! He gave beyond great customer service and I will be calling him again in the future with my plumbing needs! I highly recommend him!
