Fast, friendly and professional. Called yesterday for their $99 spigot replacement special. Tech was here today and troubled shooted the pipe and was able to cut, pull replace and reconnect for $99 where others companies wanted $300 - 500 and wanted to punch holes in the ceiling. Done in less than 30 minutes. Will be providing a price for gas line so we can convert the cook top to gas. I'm sure I will have them back soon for the new job.

3 stars due to SSI fixing a problem with a very poor and rude technician who came out and wasting hours of my day.

They sent out a follow up technician who knew what he was doing and he had the problem fixed in 10 minutes.

SSI Inc is my go-to, recommended HVAC company. I've used them for many years now for my units and their technicians are always utmost professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I recently enrolled in their maintenance plan to get routine service checks twice a year for $167 and I am sure it will be money well spent.

During my recent experience, the technician, Clint, seemed especially attentive and was an all-around good guy-very friendly, personable as well as great customer service! Compared to when I was stuck using only the really bad HVAC companies within my home warranty plan, I feel I am so much better off now and relieved I can use SSI now instead.

Contacted SSI for a quote to replace our HVAC system on last week. A salesperson, Chris, came to our home on time to inspect our existing HVAC system, doing measurements, assisted us to select a TRANE system that meet our need and budget. The given quote was very competitive compare to others, and we decided to sign up the contract with SSI. The HVAC installation was scheduled within a few days. The head installer, Eric, came 15 minutes early on the installation day and cover our floor and stairway with several pieces of thick fabric from the entrance door all the way to the second floor where the air handler was located on the attic and prepared everything ready for the installation task while waiting for Jake (the second installer) to pick up the TRANE heat pump and air handler. Both heat pump and air handler units are brand new in the original manufacture boxes when Jake arrived. Both Eric and Jake are courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in handling their installation tasks. When the installation was completed, Eric showed us how to use the new system and offered help with any problems or questions we may have with the new system later on while Jake cleaned up everything to perfection. Throughout the entire process from scheduling to installation, Chris either called me or promptly response to every question I sent him through email. The entire SSI team from the salesperson to the installers are very polite, respectful, and excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had several HVAC maintenance contracts over the years but this company was our least favorite. Only used them for 2 years. Technicians always seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. Constantly tried to sell us additional services that we did not want or need. Like a really hard sell. Unimpressed.

Did not have the best experience with this company. I called in for help on fixing my ac unit and barely even got that done! With their lack of customer service skills I am glad I went with another company. At least the manager of the company was nice enough to give me a call to help sort out my issues so there is still hope I will give this company a try well into the future.

This place is a joke. I had a leaking tub faucet and leaky shower faucet and was quoted just over $1,100 for parts and labor. I spent 5 minutes on youtube, $40 on parts from Amazon and literally 30mins of my time to fix both. This place is an absolute ripoff, I'll never use them again.

Total morons. I've had several jobs done by them in the past by a very competent guy who sadly left about a year ago. They have been pestering me via phone to come and do an inspection for a couple of months. I finally scheduled them to come and give me an estimate for a new water heater. It has been on my calendar for over a week. After waiting an hour beyond the window, I finally called and left a message. They did not call back. I called again only to find that 1) the estimator was sick and 2) they had scheduled it on the wrong day so 3) They did not call me. Talk about incompetence. If they can't even get an ESTIMATE right, what makes anyone think they can get a repair right? Never again.

They provide knowledgeable and reliable feedback for all of our systems and make sure we have a solid understanding of issues and needed maintenance ourselves. The office staff is also fantastic. Scheduling and communications are top notch!

SSI, continues to provide exceptional service for our Trane system. Tech Joe showed up as expected, professional and friendly. Most important he was competent, identified a sensor that was not functioning to standard. The best information was that the part and labor are still covered under warranty 8 years after the install. I would highly recommend SSI for your heating and AC needs.
