This is a comment of their consideration of others and respect. My apartment complex uses SRT and other than having to return to fix a leak they "fixed" two months ago. They jumped over my locked fence to access the water shut off for the building. Didn't knock or let anyone know they were here. Although we currently live in an apartment, we are protective of our space and property which makes it not only disrespectful but dangerous.

Hot water was out at our complex since 10am. Walked past the crew "working" to fix the issue around 8pm and they were sitting down playing on their phones like there was no work to be done. Doesn't seem like the quality service the company boasts proudly.

Quick dependable service. They always answer the phone no matter what time it is. And their techs know exactly what they are doing the first time.

i"m a property manager and these guys are an amazing team. they came and took care of my property quick i really would tell everyone if you want great service, great team, and someone willing to get the job done fast go with srt!!!!!
thanks

These guys SUCK! My apartment complex apparently has a contract with this company, so I don't have a choice but to deal with them. Everytime they come out for a service call, they leave a mess. The guy who came today managed to track mud and dog shit across my carpet and counters (as I had a leak in the ceiling), left putty and dry wall all over the floor ruining a rug in the process, ruined my door mat, and just left like everything was fine.
I refuse to renew my lease just so I can get away from these clowns. They only reason they had to come out today, is because they missed a leaky pipe the LAST time they were here.
Don't waste your money either on the repair, or replacing everything they'll ruin.

Great company and service. Completed the job as needed and came out in a timely manner.

Wow! Their driver (License plate NJC5151) drove up behind me on Grandbury road this morning at 9am...at a high speed for the icy snowy conditions. No oncoming traffic. i was hovering fairly close to the right hand curb to give this speedy driver plenty of room to go around me since I was driving cautiously about 15 mph. The driver purposely drove so close to my drivers side he was within a few inches of my side mirror - and slowed as if to taunt me. I reacted by tapping my breaks and rolling into the curb. I then snapped a pic of his license plate and pulled up to the next stoplight to make a left turn and saw the phone number and name of this company in the side of the truck. I called the company and a man named Beau said he'd handle it. The driver ought to be fired for wreck less endangerment considering the conditions of the road and 21 degree weather. Consider calling and supporting their competitors...

Young technician was very polite and open to not knowing specific answers to some of my questions.
The lead technician who checked for a gas leak and replaced my air handler, was rude and didn't read any manufacturer instructions before installing the unit.
- Unit isn't level for draining
- The drain pan is squeezed by over-torque of side mount hardware
- Drain isn't trapped to manufacturer specs and is also dripping from "support" zip tie sloping it upward instead of downward
- Re-routed line set (refrigerant lines), against manufacturer guidelines, adding a severe 90 degree angle at metering device and two extra holes in the side of the sealed cabinet.
1. Did not care to tape fiberglass insulation to prevent fraying
2. Did not seal gaps, open holes are now in the side of my air handler letting unfiltered air go in my blower fan.
- Took zero effort in sealing the air handler to my plenum.
- PUT a hole in my plenum gouging it with a fire sprinkler.
- Loosened the ducting connections leading out to other rooms, creating air leaks, during install.
- Didn't bother to tell me the condition of the plenum, which had buildup of black and grey soot in it.
- Last, but not least, left sheet metal shavings from the additional holes all over my floor (inside and out) *I have a golden retriever and a 7 year old boy.
I now have fiberglass fibers everywhere. In my laundry, bedding.. Currently not running it because of that. Unit drips at drain pan piping connection.
Horrible experience... Following manufacturer instructions is not an option, it's mandatory.

These jokes have no respect for anyone else. They showed up at our building which has limited parking and took up 2 parking spots. Not sure if it was because they don't know how to drive or just out of spite. But it sickens me to see old people who have to drive to another building and park because of people like this. Not sure how many hours they were hear but for sure a few. Right by the front door as well.

I tried to give them my business, but they told me they were too busy to take on another project and blew me off. I could have waited until they weren't so busy if they were professional enough to have a 1 minute conversation. The owner didn't seem to care about lost business either. I'd look for service elsewhere.
