Greetings, my name is Mark Nelson. I am the owner of Service Pros Plumbing & Heating. I truly enjoy what I do.

Since 1984, I have immersed myself in the plumbing industry. My experience spans all areas of plumbing, including commercial management and drain maintenance. After over three decades, I’ve discovered that my greatest joy comes from resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional service.

We prioritize our customers above all else at Service Pros. If you ever feel that way, I’d like to hear from you. I want to ensure your concerns are addressed. I focus on offering customer care that surpasses your needs.

Our company is proud to provide our own line of water conditioning products, Simply Soft Water Quality Systems. This includes softeners, iron filters, reverse osmosis systems, and more. Having spent more than 25 years in the industry, we have refined our products to ensure they are the best on the market. Each unit is tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers, crafted by a local Minnesota manufacturer. I have been in the business of selling and installing water conditioning systems since 1984, with equipment installed in locations like Montana and Texas.

In addition to selling our own water conditioning equipment, Service Pros services most other brands as well.

After 17 years with a local firm, I decided in 2001 to venture out on my own. I have always found joy in service work and meeting new people daily. I take pleasure in educating my customers about their plumbing systems, explaining how they function and what can go wrong.
