Hi there, I’m Mark Nelson. I lead Service Pros Plumbing & Heating. I truly enjoy what I do.

I have been part of the plumbing trade since 1984. I’ve worked in various roles, from overseeing commercial construction to drain cleaning. After over three decades, I’ve discovered that my greatest joy comes from resolving customer issues and delivering exceptional service.

We at Service Pros are excited to offer our premium range of water conditioning solutions, Simply Soft Water Quality Systems. This includes softeners, iron filters, reverse osmosis systems, and more. With over 25 years of experience in building, selling, and servicing this equipment, we have perfected our products to be the finest available. Our products are custom-built to suit the individual needs of our clients by a manufacturer based in Minnesota. As the owner of Service Pros, I have been involved in selling and installing water conditioning systems since 1984, with installations as far away as Montana and Texas.

Service Pros not only provides our own brand of water conditioning equipment but also services a wide range of other brands.

In 2001, I made the decision to establish my own company after working for a local business for 17 years. I’ve always loved service work and enjoy connecting with new customers every day. I take pleasure in educating my customers about their plumbing systems, explaining how they function and what can go wrong.
