We had a great experience with Service Pros. Our water heater stopped working, which really sucks in january with a baby. We had a bad experience with the GE warranty service, and another plumbing company told us it would be a few days before they could make it out. Service Pros to the rescue! They sent Jaru out the day we called, and he ended up having to come back again the next day, because GE was supposed to send us a replacement part, but didn't. Luckily he was able to find the part we needed and come back the next morning, and voila! hot water again. Jaru was very professional, kind, and also had great advice about our water heater (note to everyone-- don't buy GE!) I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and certainly will if we ever upgrade our water heater (he had some great suggestions for different brands to try, and pointed out a few issues with our current water heater set up). Overall a great service and nice to know we have a reliable, efficient and friendly plumbing service for those times that we need it.

I have nothing but good marks for Service Pros Plumbers! Jason came out and did all that he could to locate my water leak and flooding. By process of elimination, he determined it was not a sewer leak. He even returned to talk with my HOA Landscapers to help figure out the problem. Once it was discovered it was due to the water line from my Water Softener System, he courteously spoke with AAA Water systems to identify the problem to them, of which they have corrected and repaired the problem.

I will definitely use Service Pros Plumbers for any plumbing issues I have in the future AND refer them to all my family and friends looking for a plumber!

Jason is a wealth of knowledge and he taught me some things to remember and pay attention to for the future.

By far the best plumber ever......kinda,shocked me when I mentioned yelp and he said he was the owner....I'm doing this from a phone and could go on and on...trust me... this is probably in general the best home contracter ever....call them up you won't be disappointed. .

I can't believe how quickly Service Pro Plumbers answered out inquiry. Even though we said it was not an emergency they were here within 3 hours. Jason gave us lots of advice. I will never call another plumber - exceptional service!

Wished I had called them for every previous plumbing job. They were fantastic. They even managed to get me in an hour earlier than they originally scheduled. Service person, ""Jason"" was friendly, thoroughly professional. Explained everything to me, and best of all, finished the job quickly. Plus! The cost of the sink repair I needed was $100 less than I had been quoted by another popular Plummer service.

Jason installed our Nuvo water softer earlier this month. We are very happy with his installation. He did a great job, clean install and when I had follow up questions after, Jason was responsive. He offered advice as well as offered to come back out and take a look if my issues continued. We definitely recommend Jason!

Well I was disappointed with my service today. Started off with the tech not showing up on time. Had a 2 hour window from 11-1 and he showed up at 1:10. He comes in to tell me that it'll cost $500-$600 to replace my shower valve. Tells me he cannot fix it right now and he has two other appointments to go to. Wow really!? He will have to come back IF they can get the delta part. Most likely it will not be fixed today. Mind you I'm without any water and I have two small children. He comes back in from talking with the office and requoted me $725. Uh ok!?!? Refused to put the estimate down on paper so I can see exactly why it will cost so much. I feel abandoned and ripped off. Needles to say I refused the service and I'm stuck to deal with the issue on my own.

Had a probable water leak in house and a bad expierence with the city of Antioch water utility. Called service pros plumbers and Jason came the next morning in the time window promised, was efficent in finding the problem with toilet bowl flush mechanisms, gave us alternative methods of fixing problem, gave us cost estimates and time estimates. after we made our choice, the work was done, the problems fixed and the cost was lower than i had feared.
Put a smile back on my face. Now I have a go-to plumber in Antioch
