Communicated with the office to set an appointment to get a bid on a good-sized commercial remodel. On the day of the appointment they called 5 minutes into my 12-2 appointment window to tell me the plumber was leaving Antioch and would be here shortly. An hour and 45 minutes later I call to find out where the plumber is and I'm told he hasn't yet left Antioch but he could be there in 40 minutes. What a joke!

Great customer service. The technician was prompt. They called beforehand to let me know they were on there way. They were neat and polite. They explained exactly what was needed to be done. Completed the job the best way, not the easiest. Above all else, their pricing was very fair compared to others.

I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

I'm doing a buildout for a new salon and needed my pipes cleaned from old back up from previous tenant. I used to yell and sent a mass request for quote to many different vendors. Ana contacted me right away and sent Kevin over to service the commercial space. Super nice and professional! If you're looking for a company that knows their stuff, on time, cost effective and communicates in a timely manner then go with service pro plumbers!

Had an emergency and Service Pros were able to come out the very next morning. Most places I called never even called me back!

Juan did an amazing job snaking the drain and minimizing damage to the drain cover that was grouted in and could not be removed. He was super thoughtful about how to solve the problem whilst minimizing or eliminating any ancillary damage that would have occurred. He was also very prompt (early) and was a pleasure to work with. Reasonably priced and received a first-time discount of $29. Could not be happier with the way this worked out.

Hose bib rusted out and broke off so I had to shut off the water. Called them, they came a few hours later when they said, were polite, professional, efficient and finished the job in about 15 minutes. The guy knew what he was doing. Highly recommended.

Tried replacing water valve under sink by myself but just could not get it done. Called Service Pros and best they could commit to coming out was 3 - 4 hours later. But, to my surprise their guy knocked on my door 20 minutes later and was able to quickly replace my valve. Fast, friendly service.

So disappointing, even your plumber who did the estimate acknowledged this job was a simple fix, yet he was forced to quote me $409 to fix a simple cracked 2"" kitchen drain. I spent $13 in parts, invested 75 minutes of my time, and it was fixed. Can't believe you try to scalp people so blatantly for such a simple job. I appreciate hard-working craftsmen like plumbers, but you've clearly gone corporate. Look elsewhere folks, find an independent plumber- you'll save money.

Honest pricing with very knowledgeable staff. Jaru installed a gas hot water heater for us and he was fantastic. He was quick and really took the time to explain the new tank and maintenance steps to help extend the life. Highly recommend.
