If I could vote 0 stars that is what this review would be. Called our warranty company Saturday because our air had stopped working. Unit is only two years old. The technician reported to our warranty company that there was a crack in our drain pan. The Service Invoice that was given to us stated """"Need to replace leaking A-Coil Condenser Compatible. Nothing about a cracked drain pan. The warranty company denied our claim based on information that was stated on the Service Invoice nor in the pictures that were sent to the warranty company. Had another company look at it and there was nothing wrong with the A-coil or Drain Pan. Not only has the warranty company lost a customer due to the dishonest report given to them but I will be screaming from the roof tops of the dishonesty of this company. 7 days in the July heat of northern Mississippi with out air conditioning is not good.

Purchased a groupon for AC inspection, made an appointment with a 2 hour window. Waited for two hours, called, they said they'd get back to me. Called a half hour later (they didn't call back), they tell me they don't honor Groupons. Why didn't they tell me that before they made the appointment. Or call to tell me before I waited all morning for them? Whether this is their fault or Groupon's, this is terrible customer service, absolute disregard for my time. Will never do business with this company.

$270.00 spent to repair a less than 6 month old Rheem hot water tank that was recommended and installed by Service Pros seems unreasonable to me. Bill was presented to me AFTER work was done. If I had known up front I would be charged to repair a 6 month old hot water tank (again, recommended and installed by Service Pros) I would've used other resources I made my dissatisfaction immediately known to management, but haven't received a promised return call from the manager in over 3 weeks. There are plenty of other / better HVAC options in the mid south area.

this company is less than professional; they had a tech at my house on Wednesday for my washing machine; the tech determined the repairs to my washer would be too costly and determined the machine needed to be replaced; they were to call my home warranty company with this information on Thursday; as of Friday they still had not called the information into my warranty company; I contacted my warranty company early afternoon on Friday and they made contact with Service Pros to obtain the information; I have been without a washer for7 days and now I am looking at probably another 7 days of not being able to do laundry; I feel Service Pros should refund the $75.paid to their tech on Wednesday so I can use that $ to pay someone to do my laundry for me. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy; they don't even deserve a one star rating.
