Joyce Z.Our service technician, Trevor, did a great job repairing our ceiling fan! Service Professor originally installed it. Within the first year of having it installed, we had to have them come out and look at it again because something was loose. They promptly fixed it without charging us a service charge. Something was loose again--I'm not sure if it's a design flaw in the fan or not, but Trevor was able to get the base back in place. The ceiling fan was properly secured--that was not what was loose, but the round decorative piece around the hugger ceiling fan had come unseated from the braces that hold the fan on. Trevor did have to take the fan blades off to see where the slots were so he could get the decorative piece properly seated. He was able to quickly get our ceiling back in operational order, and I was very happy! Our ceiling fan runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so a rapid fix was just what I needed! We have had Service Professor fix several things in our home--an electrical problem with a plug, the ceiling fan installation and repair, and a reverse osmosis water system. Whether your problem is HVAC, electrical, or plumbing related, they can handle your job effectively, efficiently, and professionally!
Chelsea E.I would only let this company come out for drain cleaning. They had a $99 special. I had a laundry room drain that was backing up. No other areas seemed to be affected. The first visit went well, until that night. My laundry room and bathrooms began to flood incredibly fast. It was twice as worse as when I originally called them. Someone came out a second time, for another $99, to clear the ""main line"". Everything was cleared and working normally again. Another person came out with a camera to look down my main line to see if there were anymore problems I should know about. Was told I had massive build up and needed to have the pipes milled out. Was quoted over $4,100 for 80 ft of pipe work. I called around and had Zimmerman/ Mr. Rooter come out for around $350, to do the same service. Turns out Service Professor was never even in my ""main line"". They were in my common line. 3 in pipe vs a 4 inch. The guy that came out was able to find my main line within minutes. He knew exactly what to look for. He told me that Service Professor would have never been able to even get their equipment down the pipe! It was physically impossible. Mr. Rooter showed me my main line (which was looking just fine). They found a blockage super far out that it might even be on the line owned by the city. They called to have them put in a clean out in my front yard. Most of my neighbors have one already. This is something that can be done at no cost to the home owner. The city even said I was going to get reimbursed for Mr. Rooter coming out. I'm telling you.... Please only use Service Professor for minor drain cleaning.... They will hound you to get on a payment plan for some absurd amount of money...not sure why none of the drain techs, or plumbers (not sure what they call them) didn't have any clue that the 3 inch pipe was not my main line...
